They were slammed and nailed it! Kudos to the cashier who took time to clean tables in-between of taking food orders. The kitchen worked together like a machine.
I hope the manager and franchise owner take care of the staff.
Served me ice cold tacos, gross!! Forgot the hot sauce AND left their used food gloves IN my bag. It’s a taco joint… shouldn’t be that difficult.
Jaden is the best fast food employee I have ever encountered I hope he gets treated very respectfully and well there. He deserves a raise.
6-15-2022 - Second time visiting the Spearfish, SD Taco Belle when my request for packages of hot sauce be part of my order only to find none when arriving at home 25 miles away!! Probably will think twice before visiting again.
Service here is fast and efficient. Very good customer service. The bean and cheese burritos are very good. I also love the chicken quesadillas, crunchy tacos and my kids love the soft tacos. I wish they would bring back the enchuritos those were my go to item. Very great fast food place.
Make sure to check your bag to make sure you actually received the food you ordered. I made the mistake of not as there wasn't any line so I assumed they would have the time to make the order correctly.
Went yesterday and person from the drive thru was very rude and my order wasn't right, their employee's need to learn what good customer service is cus they don't have a clue!
10 out of 10 would recommend. The consideration of staff is absolutely appreciated. I drive a full-size School bus and exceed the maximum allowed height of the drive-thru. I walked up explained my situation and they happily allowed me to order after the next person went through since the dining room
