I was amazed when I read the REVIEWS about our Spara Dairy Queen. Are reviews designed to promote or hurt a person or a business? It is more helpful to tel someone your personal opinion about them rather than present it to the community if it's negative. .. That is what REVIEWS will do.. Our Spart Dairy Queen owner has a heart for providing a nice place to eat, lf someone didn't like something, tell the public what you liked or SAY NOTHING AT ALL. The place has good food and the owner endeavors to help the youth in our community with jobs and many other ways . Workers are very friendly. If they accidentally get an order wrong, they are very apologetic and will fix it. WHO IS THE PERSON THAT NEVER MAKES A MISTAKE?
Good ice cream and food. Decent service when it isn't a super busy day for them. Friendly workers
Rough night for the DQ team but they did everything the could to keep the customers happy.. The lady taking the order really struggled she ended up changing us for two extra French fries we didn't order but when we talk to them about it they quickly refunded our money and corrected it with a sorry coupon. Then when we went back up for our it cream the machine broke they tried and tried to fix it we ended up getting a dilly bar. They were all exceptionally friendly and doing there best to still make happy customers.
Customer servise is great, sometimes the burger patties are a wee bit overdone but still good.
Didn't have to wait long at all they were very nice and the food was good.
Hamburger meat was chewy.
French fries were not hot.
