Stop here! Support small business. We stopped here after lunch in Sparta (we are staying in warrens) and I wanted an iced coffee from a non chain coffee shop. Franklin hit the mark. Such a cute coffee shop with ridiculously inexpensive coffee. Like $6 for 2 iced coffee with tip. And it was one of the best coffee's I've had! Definitely a must stop if you're in the area.

Absolutely Amazing! My friend and I were passing thru. I splurged and got myself a small pumpkin spice and apple coffee cake. The best I’ve ever had. The pumpkin spice was perfectly blended with rich spices and the apple coffee cake was heavenly. To match… the customer service was wonderful with a small town charm.

Super disappointed with my experience at Franklins coffeehouse. I came from Stevens Point for an event in La Crosse, and decided to stop on the way home in Sparta for a drink. I ordered a hot chocolate, and my girlfriend ordered some kind of flavored coffee drink and specifically she ordered it with extra flavor. We both watched her make the hot chocolate by putting chocolate syrup into hot milk, and it still managed to taste worse than I was expecting. Basically tasted like warmed up white milk with a touch of chocolate syrup. My girlfriends drink also had no flavor, and just tasted like watered down coffee. Again, super disappointing. Hoping it was just a bad day for Franklins coffeehouse. Tipping $5 before receiving the drinks was a mistake, but maybe they can buy a half way decent box of hot chocolate mix with it.
