Review Pizza Hut - Sparks

Order a pizza at 6:20 called the store at 8:15 they advised me that we had an 80 minute delivery time. We advised them that this was 120 minutes roughly and that they were way beyond their delivery time. The manager was very disrespectful and I advised her that I did not want our pizza anymore and that they could cancel the order. 15 minutes later the driver showed up with two because I left them on my front step she was very nice and advise at the store is very behind and has limited help. I hope that the ownership the store and does some thing to help these people. I will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut in Spanish Springs.

Ordered food at 6:23 pm on a Wednesday night. $50 order. I’ve worked for Pizza Hut and know promo days can get crazy sometimes and I get longer wait times but it’s now 8:13. I called at 7:58 to see if I could get an update or ask if I could pick it up and was asked to be put on hold halfway through my sentence. Before I responded she was gone. Waited 5 minutes on hold before I gave up and hung up. A simple “it will be 20 more minutes” would have been fine as I’m a very understanding person I just would have liked an update. Hopefully my food comes soon. Not very happy though. Edit: I ended up driving over there because it was taking so long. Turns out the driver had left a minute before we got to the store. They gave us a free large pizza coupon so I adjusted my star rating.

Placed an order. Then the tracker said it would be 169-179 minutes. Tried to call to cancel and kept getting disconnected. So ended up having to wait. So now 2 hours later. It's now out for delivery. Pizza arrived. Ice cold and cheese settled. Never again will I order Pizza Hut. I recommend in this area to order from Pizza guys. Always good.

We placed our order online at 7:31. We paid with our credit card online They took our money. At 9:00 we called to check on our order and they hung up on us. Then we called and pressed one like we were placing a new order, the answering service answered and informed us our order was canceled at 8:30. They took our money they didn't call to let us to let us know they decided to cancel it and then we had to figure dinner out. I would not suggest ordering from this Pizza hut ever.

Contactless curbside is a joke. The sign days call number when u arrive...it just rings and rings. You set outside watching 4 workers ignore the phone. After 20 min i went indide to get my pizza!!! They offered no apologies. Won't be back!!

We like the deep djsh pizza. Pretty good for a chain pizza restaurant. Local pizza places always have better crust but in a pinch the "hut" is not bad

Ordered online was told 45 min wait, not a big deal till 2 an hour and a half later no food. Called and nobody answered only got the order hotline. Went into store and the manager was rude and refused to help resolve the issue. Horrible place will NEVER order there again

Waited forever. Cold dried out tasteless food. So disappointed. Called manager. Roger I think and he could careless. Will never order again and will tell all my friends.

I just picked up a pizza from this location and they almost for two of my topping and then when i got it home there was parts of the pizza that had absolutely no sauce or cheese on it. And they didn't put seasoning on the crust. I haven't had pizza hut in a while and now I remember why.
