In the mornings the men are nice and never have a problem. But night shift the bald man who is slightly on the heavy side is rude. He gets after my husband when ever he looks to get waters or snacks. Finally my husband said you need to calm TF down! I can go across the street! And the man finally started to apologize but only because my husband yelled back. My co workers also say that man is rude and doesn't honor the advertised deals. Once he leaves we will return but for now we are taking our business to Maverick.

I wish I could give no stars. The people who work here are rude, make you feel uncomfortable, talk about you in a rude manner, and just all the way around suck. The last time I was there, I left with my money and said I'll take my business somewhere else. They are the rudest people I have ever met. The one worker then who seems decent is the woman. The men there are just all the way around not worth it. Go to minutes down the street to the other gas station. This is the WORST 7-11 I have ever been too. How do they still have jobs???? They sit and gamble at the slot machine they are rude and ask people for rides. Like. I'll never go back. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

I have caught these guys several times charging more for things that aren't the price. Today I bought my son a slurpee they charged me 12.05. I didn't take a receipt because they walk away. 1/2 hour Later I brought it to their attention and they would not refund me. They are always trying to sell you stuff that is old or exspired. Go to maverick just down the ways it's alot better. 3/14/2020 once again they have over charged our acct by 15.48. They tried to blame the bank and said to wait a few days to fall off acct.... It didn't so we went back and wanted to give store credit we said no just our money back you charged us twice they refused. Please do not use 711 on Prater at night the crew likes to rip people off. We will be filing complaint with business Bureau asap!!!

This place has some of the worst customer service. Went in to buy cigars, little Indian lady was rude, so I left my stuff on the counter and bailed. Then my car is putting out of gas, closest gas station is this place. I roll in, stand at the counter for a minute while the same lady from before stands next to me ignoring my presence.(fair enough, we got history) but then, the angry giant lady in comfortable shoes comes to the counter, doesn't say hello, and glares the whole time. Some folks just don't understand we live in an age where a stranger can put you on blast. Get your stuff elsewhere.

very poor service!!! local delivery driver needing to purchase money order 4 out of 5 times they claim their machine is out of order, will fix next day, several times our company will send another driver in to purchase money order and they will process money order.Current franchise owners are very rude as well as racial please consider finding different location
