Review Jack In The Box - Sparks

Friday February 12, 2021 3:20 pm. At the drive thru at the speaker, I pull up and was asked what I would like. Then I ordered what I wanted to be followed by “sorry hang on” asked what I wanted again a minute later. I repeated what I ordered. Then no response at all for about another minute. I then was said hello a little louder and then was finally responded with “ sorry our system rebooted give me a moment”. And a moment later same thing but when they repeated what I ordered, they got one item wrong. I tried to correct them, although a little aggressively from having to repeat myself numerous times, not having the courtesy to let me know that the system rebooted until after I said something, he then legitimately yelled the same total again. I preceded to exit the area because I refuse to deal with bs like that.

Nice employees and probably the most varied fast food menu in the business. Their breakfast sandwiches and burritos are the best. Same with the iced coffee.

One more chance tonight and the managed to mess up my order again. Charged me to a number 7 along with 3 other items and bacon cheeseburger (#7), instead I received 2 tacos. Thanks for the disappointment, AGAIN. Worst jack n the box in town. Had to give 1 star because I cant post without hitting something, no stars deserved.

Best store ever. Customer service is awsome the library is my home .everyone there are polite and ready to help

Has the best milkshake I've gotten anywhere in a pretty long time. Right density, texture. Truly awesome thanks guys!

Nice as always and this crew was quick and they had a crowd was impressed the service didn't suffer.....

I was kinda bummed that the lobby wasn't open because it took forever to get my food. And when I got it it wasn't even hot. However, sense lobbies have been closed I feel like the employees integrity in quality food has definitely lowered.
