GG has the best customer service I've ever gotten at a Taco Bell! Made us laugh and enjoy ordering food, all while being super fast and accurate. He deserves a raise! New favorite Taco Bell because of his friendly attitude.
A lot of the times they are closed due to short staff and I can understand that being someone wo worked customer service before my current career. The customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes you'll get the grumpy employees and sometimes you'll get someone with a colorful and warming attitude!
Typical taco bell. Extremely busy but all staff was polite even during the hectic rush. My order was correct.
Clean and the employees were very nice. Taco Bell isn't a cheap place to eat any longer. They do not have Wifi available for their customers. I mainly came here to wait for Discount Tires to finish rotating my tires. I wanted to try their nacho fries. Chips are better in my opinion.
This is the only Taco Bell I've been to that makes your order exactly how you order it and some I really enjoyed it
Gave me crunchy tacos when I payed for soft and they forgot my drink so I waited like 5 minutes for them to come back but they would repeatedly go to the window and get on their phone walk away without opening to help us so I had to go all the way around in the drive thru
Got order wrong, charged me more than what I ordered and customer service was bad. I went back the same week twice to my transaction correct and they were closed during business hours.
Service is terrible I stood at the front counter for 5 minutes while the workers just joked around talking about what they did over the weekend. They looked at me and knew I was there and still just left me standing there!
