Review 7-eleven - Sparks

Beware! This is a great location; however, beware of your prices and change. They will rip you off without hesitation. Every single time I have come to this location, I have had to correct whoever is behind the counter, on both the correct price of the item and my correct change. Overcharging people on purpose is disgusting and should be considered criminal.

I love going to this location! It's further from my house than the one on Greenbrae and 4th, but the people at this store are SO MUCH NICER and attentive to their customers! THIS is my Sparks 7-Eleven!

They do not honor their fuel discounts

Your typical 711, perhaps facing more challenges then some others with the location being so near downtown and several weeklies, but doing their best to handle them gracefully. It appeared cleaned often, the cashiers somewhat friendly.

I visit this 711 frequently, almost daily. The guy they call "Kumar" that works graveyard is inappropriate, greedy, rude, and does not do his job. He tends to take my change and claims it's a tip, that I do not give him permission to do. He asked me once to "mate with him as friends" making me feel extremely uncomfortable and since my rejection he is extremely rude. They're often out of stock on items and he refuses to adjust the prices for replacement items. He over charges me on hot chocolate by ringing me up for a larger size. One time I was in need of gas and paid in a bit of change and the person behind me offered to help me by giving me ten dollars in gas, Kar said that he can not do that but gave no reason then pocketed the money. Multiple times he has adjusted the total cost to a fraction of the price and pockets the change. I have been going here on a regular basis over a year and almost everyday he is stealing from me, hitting on me, or refusing to sell me the rightitem for the right price failing to do his job. I have tolerated this long enough. He needs to be fired. I feel unsafe when he is working.

Bad customer service and very racist 😡 I have to say it so sad that the manager Paula is very rude I'm at the check out she rings up my items and said it was 6dollars and 36 cents. so I say to her that the seven eleven tea is 99cents correct she replied back in an outrage yes and then grabs the orange soda I have an slams it down on the counter and I state you don't have to do that and that is so rude of you and then she just grabs the rest of my items and puts them behind the counter and I was like so that's how you feel about customer and I exit the door and step back in to get her name because.first off you were not paying attention to the price on the register . I have a orange soda and cream soda it's 2for $2:50 and a 99cents tea and a 7eleven bag of gummy worms 1.29 so you have a problem because you're not having a good day and you take it out on a customer no . I called Corp and made a report and this is a very serious issue that needs to be addressed

I am an employee at a different location of 7/11 and I was just coming in to get a big gulp I just got off the phone with corporate because the owner is trying to threaten my friend Luca who has the flu. If he doesn’t work or work for free or volunteer he will get fired which is dirty! My uncle was mayor of Elk Grove ca for 3 terms Gary davis you can google that up! I used to come in here everyday just to see Luca and try to get a job! I would never spend another penny again! Unless Luca is working because he makes me happy and I’m sad that his boss does him dirty like this I won’t be returning here anymore I can go to my work spend my money elsewhere! Stay safe cause this store isn’t!!!

Stopped by this store tonight and bought a six pack of beer. The guy at the counter asked for my ID. I was surprised since I'm 66 years old. The cashier said he asks everybody because the cameras are watching and detectives are visiting the store and they will send to him to jail if they can. I showed him my ID and said thanks and took my beer. Not sure what's going on here.

Despicable hell of a place. Yells at people for trying to help out others. Take your money elsewhere
