My food wasn’t cooked all the way I ordered sourdough patty melt and cheese was hard not even a little melted the onions were not cooked like it shows on picture ,my fries weren’t filled all the way . We ordered shakes that was pretty much just ice cream in a cup had to eat with spoon . I never mind waiting Just as long as my food is cooked .

Drive-thru can sometimes take a while, but the food always arrives warm, and they rarely mess up an order. Friendly staff and good service. Not recommended if you're on a lunch break from work, but overall a good place to go if you're craving a burger.

I was picking up an order for Door Dash. I got the notification at 4:32pm. Arrived at 4:40pm. Couldn’t go inside so had to wait in the drive through lane. It’s now 5:02 pm. And I am still waiting for one more car at the window. All the Jack in the Boxes here have a horrible wait time but this one was at least 5-8 minutes per car. Ridiculous. If you can’t run a shift accordingly due to staff shortage, then shut it down. Lots of frustrated faces. And I am losing out on other dashes. Get it together.

Speed was good but the younger female at the window tonight was very VERY rude. Heard my total wrong and asked her to repeat it, she rolled her eyes. I asked if my sauce was in the bag and she just said "ya". No thank you, no have a good night, just plain rude. Oddly I wasn't given a receipt. Wonder if thats because she didn't want me to do the survey...

This location is not good lately. I have ordered from door dash several times and we are always missing items from our order. Apparently moving forward we will have to pick up our food so we can check it. Very disappointing

First delivery that night my food never showed up called to complain still never got anything feedback ordered it again for the next day completely cold and soggy very disappointed wouldn't suggest them that used to be my favorit sad sad been going there since they opened...

Drive thru line way too long. My food was cold when I got it. Fries were lukewarm at best. Ordered the Double Bacon Patty Melt Combo no bacon.

This seems to be a good Jack in the Box. We went through the drive thru at 12:15, so it was kinda busy. Food was good, and the service was too.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was filthy! Trash cans both inside and outside were overflowing. The floor was full of trash & food and was greasy/sticky with visible footprints. The tables and seats were also dirty with old food stains and trash. Took a long time to get our food with onyl 4 or 5 people in the the place. Come to find out our food was sitting on the counter. The tacos were old and greasy and the burger was gross. I won't go back to this restaurant. I think the workers just don't give a darn! Disappointing!

It was busy, so I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. When I got my order, they made a mistake on one of my burgers and forgot the other burger. So I had to wait again. By the time I got the other burger, the rest of my food got cold. They tried to compensate by giving me more fries, but I couldn't enjoy my meal by then.

I order the #3 off the menu with the curly fries while my daughter ordered a breakfast meal and the sour dough burger minus the tomatos because I hate tomatos was very good unlike mcdonalds and Burger King which I've become to hate anymore.

I ordered the loaded nuggets munchie meal and didn't want a drink so instead of letting me know that I had to take the drink to get the meal price, I was charged 5 extra dollars. I've been looking for a reason to not eat fast food anymore and I think I just found it.
