Review Carl's Jr. - Sparks

Ordered a western burger and a chicken sandwich. Nothing made properly or warm. Everything was FREEZING cold. Fries weren't cooked fully and weren't full. For $30 they could have at least put it in the freaking microwave 🤦

When a burger, 5 piece chicken tenders and a large fry cost over $20, you ought to expect greatness. The burger was okay as were the tenders, but the "large" fries were anything but, served in a flattened box that wasn't even 1/3 full of COLD fries- there might have been 13 or 14 fries in there. If you have the nerve to charge so much you had better be sure you are giving folks what they are paying you for. Avoid this place, and shame on you Carl's Jr. Not worth the exorbitant cost at all.

Very nice people, i had the cashier natasha take my order and was very polite and fast with my order this Carl's jr. Is gonna be expecting me to be coming any time soon

Besides the amazing Western Bacon Cheeseburger which is often imitated but never duplicated by almost every fast serve burger joint, the staff was friendly and got the order correct. They were one of few Carl's Jr locations open, even on a Saturday night due to our executive branch of our federal government crippling our economy and supply chain abilities.

*** Given the circumstances - things still went as smooth as possible *** Like so many entry level jobs that go unfilled, this Carl's Jr location isn't immune to the problems that go along with it. There is no dine-in and since there is minimal staffing, the counter take out is closed at this location. So it is drive thru only. Let me state - complaining won't magically produce more employees. Don't be a complainer or jerk when going to one of these fast food places, be solutions oriented. Everyone knows someone who could use a job. Recommend them to apply at any of these fast food locations so they can provide better service! The order was pleasantly taken and while there were 8 cars deep, it did take about 25 minutes to finally get the order. The food was accurately made but I think they may have short cut some of the cooking time to get the orders out as the fries weren't as hot/crispy as usual as was the burger was warm but not hot. So, would I visit Carl's Jr again in the future? I don't see why not, it can only get better over time.

I love Carl's Jr but this one is by far the worst. I've avoided this one and we were in the neighborhood and decided to give it another try which was a bad choice on our part. Or burgers were in ripped wrappers and our burgers were squished.

CARLS JR..DOES NOT STAND BY THERE COMMERCIALS, THE EMPLOYEES DONT SPEAK ENGLISH, MY BUNS WERE ROCK HARD & I ASK FOR FRESH BREAD SO THEY REMADE IT AS MY ORDER GOT COLD!!! AMERICAN FASTFOOD HAS GONE TO THE DOGS!!

Drive thru was fast, food was delicious, service was great and the girl was very helpful at 10pm!
