One of my favorite casinos💖💖! For some reason I usually have amazing luck right after using up the freeplay and spending some money. Very nice drinks and family-like setting. I think the size of the casino actually compliments the environment, and they will have most of the good slots. Very nice casino!!! 🤑

Great experience for my first time at a casino. A lot of choices without being overwhelmed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gets pretty busy in the evenings. Bar tender was fabulous.

Love this place! They give so much freeplay that even when u lose, you'll get plenty of kickback in freeplay, to somewhat make up for it. The slot machine variety could definitely use some expanding though, not alot of games to choose from. $5 freeplay when u sign up. No more wheel spin Wednesday. The slots are fairly loose, the employees are AMAZING, the environment feels relaxing and comfortable.

Homeless beg inside an out of the building.
"Things" are sold in the parking lot daily.
But...I was told by the manager I couldn't be n my vehicle..it's loitering.
N the middle of the day.??
No body else...just me.

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in Reno Nevada the cashier lady Refuse to do my transaction because she didn’t like that I’ve sent to so many people I came there to go to Western Union and I’m so dissatisfied with the way she treated me it was so disgusting nobody should’ve ever been treated like that! I might just get a lawyer and sue civilly for how she treated me

Showers are great. The bathrooms are clean. I usually go next door to the Western Village to eat. The Western Village has great food. I ate once at Sierra Sods. The food was terrible. I haven't eaten at Fuddruckers. It was closed. Western Village is 24 hours.

Not sure who the idiot was that thought taking out a 24 hr restaurant and putting in a Fuddruckers was a good idea..but it wasn't. It's a TRUCKSTOP for crying out loud !!

The new bar is amazing! What a change from the dark back end! The over all remodel makes it a locals destination for daily fun. Pool tables come tomorrow and free Wifi! What more could one ask for
