Overall: B+ Food quality: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Timeliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review: I am a huge fan of this chain, had never been to this location before. Not exactly on the greatest side of town but the food was still on point. Overall this was a really good experience & these guys never disappoint!!

The drive thru is only open,yet they have horrible customer service. You're better off at the other mexican fast food places and that's saying a lot.

I love the food at Jim boys, the guac is always on point but the customer service is absolutely horrible not only at this location but also two other locations in Reno. The employees are always so rude every single time. I speak to employees with respect and manners and the employees always seem to be in a bad mood and very dismissive, just straight up rude. They seriously need to be given better training on how to speak to customers

I ordered a #1 with no salad. When I got to the window I asked her to repeat my order. She did.. She asked if I wanted lettuce on the taco. I said I did, but I didn't want salad on the rest of my food. When she handed me the bag I said for the THIRD time, there's lettuce on the taco, but no salad on top of the rest, right? Well after all that, guess who had no lettuce on her taco. I need to STOP going there!

The absolute best tacos! Customer service is the best, and here's to our Tahoe trips! 😉

was passing through Reno and had to stop by... the customer service was great... i ordered the beef burrito and chicken burrito and 2 tacos and it was amazing the food was delicious

Amazing food!!! Taquitos are my favorite, with guac! Service is friendly and food is always cooked fresh!🤗😋😋😋😋😋😋

Taco shells a bit soft for me, however a bit will have you say ok. Good taste lots of more authentic ideas than most taco places.

Best fast tacos EVER!! I'm glad there isn't a Jimboys Taco place close too my house! I'd be there a lot!
