Review Jimboy's Tacos - Sparks

Always good, always get my order right.... But this time they forgot the lettuce and rice for my burrito bowl 😢

This food was very surprising to me. Jomboys is always delicious no matter where I go. I ordered two tacos. Ate the first one but it tasted awful. Tried to eat second one but threw it away. Still trying to get the funky taste out of my mouth!!

Good prices. Great flavors. BUT, they don't have any salsa for those who don't like spicy heat. Chile Relleno was really good. Crunchy chicken taco is very yummy!!

They can't ever get my order right. I always have to repeat over and over what I want at the drive through. Smoke budda when your off work, pay attention. The tacos are not cooked all the way, always forget the parm, tacos are put together lazy. I rather go to the reno location where I have no problems and they're quick.

This location is completely gross inside. Like gross. The staff is just as nasty. Nasty attitudes. Never again. With so many other great taco places this one should be skipped. Total dump.

Ordered two bean and cheese burritos and attempted to eat them while driving to Silver Springs. Worst possible plan. The burritos 2 were $6.35 were the smallest dainty burrito I've ever seen the tortilla was limp and loose so when I pulled them out, beans everywhere. In the bag. On my shirt. On my pants. There was hardly any cheese either so I could taste was beans. If you're going to price gouge people for $.50 worth of food at least make them right. The JimBoys on Oddie Blvd, and the one just before Sun Valley makes them perfect every time. Rivas their competitor makes them and have to weigh over 1lb and their only $6.85

This is my second time in Sparks and I had to get Jimboy's tacos. Lol got the 12 pack tacos and dayyyyyyyyymmmmmmmm are greasy as heck! But that's when you know it's hellllllla good! Lol. Definitely would choose Jimboy tacos over taco bell. I've also tried out their steak quesadilla. Definitely a go to item.

Used to love getting their breakfast burrito! Say’s they open at 7:30….. they are never open at 7:30. I have tried on numerous occasions.

The food was good as usual, I love their tacos, which is why I keep going. This was my first stop at this location. The facility is dated, and while visually it appeared clean, it smelled old and dirty. The vinyl on the seats was all torn and held together with duct tape. The food was fast, hot and made right and tasted great. Maybe just stick to the drive thru for the best experience.

The food was ok. Just their customer service needs A LOT more work!

We came here because it's close and we had a BOGO burrito coupon from the ZBest coupon book.... granted we had a hangry family and weren't in the mood to argue, we were told that we couldn't use the BOGO coupon on steak. Even tho it doesn't say that on the coupon. And there was no sign posted to say otherwise.... we were even willing to pay the difference between the price of a non-steak burrito on the freebie but noooope. She wouldn't even ask someone else. In hindsight we should have left and went elsewhere but when hanger sets in with a tween, it's oftentimes easier to just suck it up to crappy service and be able to eat sooner.... Turns out, we ended up waiting about 30 minutes for 2 burritos, 1 quesadilla and 6 mini churros. Would have been faster to go elsewhere. We ordered the tween a chicken quesadilla for $3.49... that was only slightly larger than a single dollar bill and was not much wider than a 5 pack of Wrigley gum. Very little cheese and chicken.... it was a joke. Then moving on to the burritos.... the food was poorly distributed throughout the burritos.... both full of lettuce on one end and guac on the other. There was about 8 small pieces of steak in the middle. They also didn't label the burritos to indicate which one was special order - They did in fact correctly omit the tomatoes from the special order.... once we figured out which one it is. In conclusion... terrible service... sub par over priced food... refusal to honor coupons.... this visit has reminded me that the only thing Jimboys is good for is drunk taco runs. Carnitas Tacos are the bomb! Great service and a good salsa bar.
