Their in store menu has no ingredients so you have no clue what you're ordering. Then the sandwich they gave me looked really gross like they just threw it together without caring. We were the only two people in the store so it's not like they were in a rush or anything. Very disappointing. Will not order from them anymore.

Review: I really like this chain ever send their sandwiches are always good! I got the veggie Philly cheesesteak & I have to say it was pretty darn good. They were quick, courteous, seems to have their stuff down. Would definitely recommend this place!

Never go in at the end of the day. If you get your order in less than 15 minutes, it will probably suck. We love this place. But we went in too close to closing and everything was pretty sloppy. Our sandwiches just didn't taste right. No flavor and not really heated thoroughly. Oh well.

DON'T EVER ORDER A SALAD FROM HERE! Came in at 12:12pm ordered a salad thinking I'd get it faster than a sandwich. I waited 20 minutes and watched them pump out 17 sandwiches before I spoke to someone about the status of my order (giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe the wagyu beef I ordered needed to cook) only to find my order sitting at the salad station, not even made yet!!! Thank you Capritotti's for wasting 25 minutes of my life/lunch break. Didn't even proceed with my order, I asked for a refund and left.

Best sandwich shop in area! They never skimp on fillings or toppings. They are pricey however your paying for what you get! Be warned sandwhichs are huge!

First time going to this location they told me 45 mins before posted closing that they were closing and had already put everything away and couldn't serve me and was rude about it.... and second time I went there I ordered a Bobbie and didn't put mayo on the sandwich!?!?!?! I used to work at capriottis in Las vegas and there's no excuse for either of these issues!!!! Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this location...

If you don't mind music with inappropriate lyrics, this is the place for you. The sandwiches are great but the atmosphere is sketchy. After driving for 3 hours, I will be eating in the car from now on.
