Review El Pollo Loco - Sparks

They're okay, staff isn't the nicest or friendliest, most of the people that work there look miserable and seem to be nonstop micromanage sadly... The best thing there is their taco salads with the avocado Caesar or whatever the dressing is. So good! I recommend that to anyone who goes there to try at least once!

Always good and friendly as well, however, the 1/2 chicken with 2 sides and tortillas was billed as (serves 4) uh huh.. yeah right, 4 munchkins or leprechauns maybe but 2 hungry guys, me thinks not! Seems like there's no way of getting around spending approximately $10.00 per person ANYWHERE Burgers, Chicken, Mexican, Pizza & who knows what else you can drive-thru and cram down when inflation and a carload of kids makes a great argument for learning and teaching how to cook preparing nutritious meals. Don't get me wrong El Pollo Loco is great and I love the chow but with inflation, fiat currency devaluation and an idiot at 1600 Pennsylvania with a criminally insane administration doing their best to Thelma & Louise a nation. We need to be real as its not going away.

The El pollo's in Northern California seemed better several years back but then again everything was better. The avocado burrito was dry there was no sour cream or cheese as advertised, the chips size small literally came with five chips. They seem to be downsizing their quantities. The taco was not a corn tortilla shell as advertised.

Pollo Loco is always a “to-go-to” spot for my family and I! And especially me! I love Pollo Loco. Their Chicken Tostada Bowls is always the classic choice when trying to stay lean and eat healthy. Plus, this location seems to always be busy and consistently getting customers out in a timely manner. Shows a lot about a place!

Never coming here again! Girl working drive thru window had nasty dirty gloves on like they haven’t been changed out. Gloves need to be changed every 30 min to an hour to avoid germs spreading. Handing out food drinks and handling money at the same time, you can really tell how dirty they were. Handed my drink to me with it leaking all over. Asked her for a napkin she never gave me one to clean the mess. Now have a sticky cup. Checked my order before leaving, requested no onions no cilantro on order. My order had onions and cilantro (2 items). Got a remake on that. Than I leave the drive thru getting ready to have a drink if my sprite and I noticed black crusty stuff floating around in my drink. This is disgusting.

It was good ,I was at the drive thru during lunch time...and to my surprise it took 6 to 7 minutes to reach the front and there were at least 5 cars ahead of me. Great job keep it up 🙂👍💥💯

I've never been inside this restaurant but the drive thru seems to function quite nicely. Even though there's a line wrapped around the building it goes fairly quickly. Food is great and pretty good price too.

Just ordered BRC burritos. Pinto beans were so undercooked they were crunchy. Completely inedible. Incredible let down, I haven't had El Pollo Loco in years and was really looking forward to it, but straight into the trash it goes.

Went through the drive thru. I was excited to eat my food when I got home. Noticed a wad of long hair in my Caesar pollo bowl. In the trash it went. Never going here again.

I love the food I ordered 9pc with no thigh and had no problem. Got what I order. Great service!
