They're okay, staff isn't the nicest or friendliest, most of the people that work there look miserable and seem to be nonstop micromanage sadly... The best thing there is their taco salads with the avocado Caesar or whatever the dressing is. So good! I recommend that to anyone who goes there to try

Always good and friendly as well, however, the 1/2 chicken with 2 sides and tortillas was billed as (serves 4) uh huh.. yeah right, 4 munchkins or leprechauns maybe but 2 hungry guys, me thinks not! Pollo Loco is always a “to-go-to” spot for my family and I! And especially me! I love Pollo Loco. Their Chicken Tostada Bowls is always the classic choice when trying to stay lean and eat healthy. Plus, this location seems to always be busy and consistently getting customers out in a timely manner.

Never coming here again! Girl working drive thru window had nasty dirty gloves on like they haven’t been changed out. Gloves need to be changed every 30 min to an hour to avoid germs spreading. Handing out food drinks and handling money at the same time, you can really tell how dirty they were. Han

It was good ,I was at the drive thru during lunch time...and to my surprise it took 6 to 7 minutes to reach the front and there were at least 5 cars ahead of me. Great job keep it up 🙂👍💥💯

I've never been inside this restaurant but the drive thru seems to function quite nicely. Even though there's a line wrapped around the building it goes fairly quickly. Food is great and pretty good price too.

Just ordered BRC burritos. Pinto beans were so undercooked they were crunchy. Completely inedible. Incredible let down, I haven't had El Pollo Loco in years and was really looking forward to it, but straight into the trash it goes.
