Review In-n-out Burger - Sparks

I never understood all the hype about In-N-Out Burger... And the long lines are an absolute deal breaker for me. I will say they have won me over for a myriad of reasons. The company values are amazing. The things they do besides food are admirable. All the little nuances are intriguing. Palm trees crossed...fantastic. Family owned not franchised, keeps the core values intact. I am for sure a loyal follower going forward. The prices are way reasonable and the food is really really good. Customer service is on point EVERY SINGLE TIME. Thank you In-N-Out. Reminds me of a time when the world was a better place. ❤❤❤💯💯💯💯😉😉😉

This was the first time I ever ate here. The line for the drive up was around the block. So I went in and ordered. The menu was simple and ordering was a breeze. The person that took my order was knowledgeable and helped when I needed it. The food once it arrived was excellent! One star off for the amount of time it took to get my order. Over 25 minutes! But the place was definitely packed inside and out!

A very nice young lady who has only been working here 1 month took our order. The shift supervisor was on top of any minor training. The drive through was over 12 cars deep so the order took a few minutes. You could see everyone hop to it. Every employee was very well trained and quick while being friendly. Food was AWESOME!! We will be back!

You know, after giving our order to someone else, I would think they would try to make up for it with putting the burgers together decently. I wanted a burger with onions, not an onion with a side of burger. This is some really weird vegan option I guess. Not again.

I love In-N-Out. I'm not a big fan of burgers but the burgers here are just sooooo delicious. The fries are amazing, it takes some self control to not order two. The shakes are okay, not usually a fan of strawberry but their strawberry isn't too bad. The workers are always friendly and super hard working. The place is always packed but once you get your order in it's pretty quick. Highly recommend this place.

I've been eating here for years (20+) and to this day still love it. Burgers are hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I'm a customer for life and most definitely recommend this to any and everyone. We ordered a single with cheese, 3x3 protein style, and a 4x4 extra cheese and sauce, animal style fries and lemon-ups.. Great now I'm hungry again.

My wife and I go for the easy menu, good food and the ease of dining out. The protein style burger is a nice alternative and the milkshakes are flavorful and not too big. They are always busy but we get our order in a timely manner when we go.

Meh. Not as good as Donnie and Walter made it out to be. Just a burger really. I got a classic double double, fries and a vanilla shake. Shake was very thick but still tasty. If I make it out west again I would return.

Lived in CA for 50 years & loved In & Out Burgers ! Moved to Florida 13 years ago & really miss you but it's the first place I visit when I land on the west coast ! Yummy !

The burgers were great but the fries were bland. The menu is small and if you don't know about their "not so secret" menu, then you only have the small menu to choose from.

They have the best hamburgers ever I have celiacs disease so they have protein style which helps. I'm from Southern California and always bought my in and out in Redlands California and now I live here in Sun Valley Nevada he reminds me of home.

Dbl Dbl with onion and a strawberry shake! Burger was hot and tasty, shake was cold and delicious. My dog even liked the shake.

What’s not to love about this place?! Yummmmm! Gimme a double double and fries both animal style with peppers!

My kids and I eat here every chance we get together I love the burgers animal style fries and speaking of fries why does everybody seem to be complaining about them maybe they just have never had fresh cut fries

It was our first time at in and out so I was excited to see what the hype was about. When we got our food the fries tasted nasty and stale, even ketchup couldn't save them. The burger was alright but it wasn't to die for. We went, we had, we will likely never go back. Was not satisfying what so ever.

Awesome food . The animal style fries are so good .. thick creamy milkshakes . Always get in-n-out when we vacation out west ..

We had two double doubles and shared a fries. Food was delicious and service was really fast. We had our food within 5 minutes of ordering.

Worst in out I’ve ever had! I was so excited as I live in Oregon. But it was NOT good. :( I was bummed

I just came home to find my animal fries on their side. I’m pretty disappointed guys.

We were there on Wednesday,4 of us ordered double,double and 2 shakes. They got our order right. Busy but amazed for the fast service. Just need the fries for improvement nl taste!

I love It!!! Friendly people and very clean... The only complaint I have is that I ordered a root beer float n it was half full only n no traces of ice cream.� The rest was yummmyyy...
