I come here once or twice a week and each time they never fail to make a high quality bucket of fried chicken. Can't remember ever having a bad experience here, much better than the KFC/A&W in Provo.
I got their new chicken nuggets and was not impressed. I believe it was due to the food either being over cooked or under the warmer for too long. I'm use to KFC being juicy and this chicken was dryer than the Sahara desert. I've been nervous to get the nuggets again due to this experience. For what I paid, I was very disappointed.
I eat KFC 3 times a week for years and this is the best KFC from Orem to Payson with high consistency in chicken quality. Folks here deserve a raise.
Got the famous bowls, good price, but the chicken pieces were mostly breading and barely any chicken.
Staff was really loud with their socializing behind the counter, but at least they were happy. Lol

Quick, professional and delicious. They did a great job for sure. Worth coming to this location anytime. I got their chicken sandwich meal with their unique Mt dew flavor. I didn't care much for the Mt dew but the rest of the meal was great, I especially enjoyed their take on the chicken sandwich that everyone else has been working to perfect.
Stopped in from a long drive..Food was great. It did take about 5-7 minutes to be acknowledged but it didn’t bother me beceause I like to browse the menu. My kids were very happy about the chicken. Thank you!!
The food was good. They got rid of their popcorn chicken and replaced them with chicken nuggets which were very good. The mashed potatoes were awesome. The corn was good but overcooked.
Love all the food especially the pot pie and tenders. The cake is also super yummy I really like the new white chocolate raspberry swirl cake. I also tried there new classic chicken wrap that was delicious 🤤
