Clever way to run a business! Love the system to figure your order out and pick up the phone at the table and a friendly lady takes the order. She is seriously the only worker here! 7:30 on a Thursday.
My breakfast burrito was HUGE.
Such a cool place! The service model is flipped on its head here. Once you seat yourself you grab a menu and pick your dish. Then pick-up the phone and call it in. They buzz you once its ready and you go to the counter and pay and pick it up. But the whole time you can watch the kitchen. It is a floor show in itself, as the one guy takes care of everyone.
But on top of that it was a really great breakfast place. Eggs were right, food was fresh, and everything taste great. So glad we tried it!!
First time here. Good atmosphere, unique experience. I saw a few other people complain about cash only but today they ran my card so maybe a new policy. Food is well made, fairly reasonable on price and a niche restaurant. Overall I didn't hate it
A wonderful diner with incredible ambience and delicious food. The prices are decent for what you get with a great variety on the menu. I love their fries and the wraps. Seriously great flavor and great mix of sauces.
Super cute little diner!!! I love that they have the phones at the tables so you can pick them up and then order food. The food is delicious I had the steamroller and Trinity had the chicken sandwich
This was our first time here and we enjoyed it. The music memorabilia makes for a cool diner atmosphere. The liver and onions is good especially the bacon
The party with gravy mushrooms and onions was delicious. The scones remind me of beignets. Salad wasn't that fresh.
Overall great experience and will try again.

First time to this location, but have been to the one in Lehi several times before.
We went on a weekday morning and it was quiet. Several “old timers” or seemingly regulars were there.
Server was very friendly, food was yummy and worth the value. They do breakfast well here.
We did see the server clean tables after patrons left but we didn’t get the feeling our table was disinfected that well. Things like the phone, the salt and pepper shakers that stayed on the table, and a bottle of ketchup that was also left.
10/10 We love one man band, we’ve been to both Lehi and Spanish fork locations and the food is still so great! Plus you get the old school diner aesthetic and that’s hard to come by nowadays
I love one man band! It's a really cool experience if you've never been there is a red telephone in the booth where you sit and you will pick up the phone when you're ready to order and give them the order and the drinks are self-serve. The absolute best thing ever is the portion for the bowl of fruit for children. My kids are basically fruit bats so I was pleasantly surprised when they got such a hefty helping of fruit. For the adults I highly recommend the burger and fries! I got the Old Fashioned Cheeseburger and it was everything I was hoping for, I especially liked the seasoning salt on the fries.
The best burger I have ever had. And the service is amazing. They have menus at the table and phones that you can order on. It also has pancakes and stuff like that. I would so recommend this to everyone who likes a good meal.
We were driving thru Spanish Fork and saw this restaurant open, so we decided to stop in and try them out. We made a great choice! We walk in, the owner is here and super friendly! He shows us that we can get our own drinks, we sit and there's this neat phone on the wall that you use to call in your order! We are so happy to have been able to stop here!

Fabulous service and amazing breakfast!! An amazing "hole in the wall" type breakfast joint. I couldn't eat all the food there was such awesome portions. The owner and staff were very kind!
One word: Comfort
One Man Band Diner is where you want to go to have that comfort meal.
Eggs scrambled right, biscuits with gravy were perfect.
Great menu and very frendly staff.
I wished I lived closer so I could be a regular.

Food was great. Do you see all that avocado in my pics? It was loaded! The best hashbrowns that I have had. My husband liked his pancakes. The service was different. Self serve drinks and silverware. And to place an order, we had to pick up the red phone on the table. Food came pretty quick. Loved the pics of the famous singers, and other memorabilia. If I had to say anything on the negative side would be about the bathrooms..they didn't smell good, even though they had multiple air fresheners in there. The mens restroom was better according to my husband.

This is a fun place! Nostalgic diner vibe. The grill is front and center so you can watch and talk with the cook. There are so many food options! The booths have plenty of space. All 5 of us easily fit comfortably. The corner booths can accommodate even larger groups. You place your order from the phone at your booth. I decided on biscuits and gravy with hash browns and a side order of sausage. The biscuits were amazing! So fluffy and buttery! The hash browns, gravy, and sausage were great too. My son and son-in-law each ordered pancakes with their meals and they were fluffy and huge! The syrup is served warm in a glass flask. One daughter ordered a breakfast sandwich and the other daughter ordered a breakfast combo. All of the eggs were cooked to order. The thick cut bacon was seasoned and grilled to perfection. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures of everyone's meals. We all loved the food. Very friendly service, excellent food with big portions, comfortable vibe, and very reasonable prices too. I highly recommend this place.
Most amazing restaurant if you want to travel to the 50’s. Great service , good food. A little expensive. Well worth it
