We love Chick-fil-a but it wasn't until this past weekend my husband and I realized how the Spanish Fork location is the best in the area. We were in Provo and decided to dine in, what a difference! They were friendly but never once had that charm and phrase "how else may I serve you?" It was dirty with food,napkins and trash all over the floor. I'd say maybe they were short staffed but they had a lot of workers behind the counter and it was between lunch/dinner time (3:30-4). Thank you Spanish Fork for setting the bar high and being so awesome!!! We appreciate you making our location clean and friendly!! Ps. During my sons school fundraiser at chick fil a I ordered and there was a massive line at the drive thru. I forgot my debit card!!! They let me take my food home! Without taking my name or anything!! I promptly came back and paid after taking dinner home. You guys are just amazing!!!

It was a mob scene for lunch and everyone was waited on quickly. The service was excellent and so was the food.
We ordered through the drive-thru. Our order taker was Braeden. He was so upbeat, fun and truly had an attitude of service. He was extremely proactive. When we were done ordering, he asked if there was any other way he could serve us. I asked him if he could sing. He did and did so very well. Singing a quick verse of All Star by Smashmouth. It was brilliant. I usually get typical non-caring teenager attitudes from fast food places. He elevated my perspective and restored my faith in the American teenager. All the other co-workers were so amazed as well. He needs to be managing or owning his own business.
Great people, super friendly and helpful (especially since I come with three crazy kids! ) The head honcho even carried my tray to my table for me since my hands were full! I'm so exited to have this restaurant in town! And of course the foods is always delicious, the chicken is very real (little processing) and I love the health option kids meals and books that usually come with them! :-)
I just wanted to say that you guys are great!!! The catering and delivery of your food made doing the teacher appreciation breakfast so easy! And the teachers loved it! Your employees were all very friendly and awesome to work with! I wish I would have remembered to get a picture of the food before the teachers got to it because it looked beautiful! And the hot boxes you delivered the food in kept everything nice and warm until it was time to serve. Can't say enough good things about you guys, thank you!!!!

Love love love this store!! I am an ice lover and always order 2 or 3 bags if ice a couple times a week. I know this slows their process, but they are always so willing to accommodate and are very friendly. Rachel at this store always makes sure she says hi when she sees me!!

Great experience as always. This trip they gave me the smallest spicy chicken sandwich I've ever seen. Looked more like a small chicken tender on a bun.
The food is what you'd expect from a fast food chicken place, which is average.
We got the wrong nuggets and had them replaced within seconds. Top notch service.

This is the busiest chick fil a I’ve been to. The employees are working so hard and fast. There are so many people ordering. I think they’ve done an excellent job trying to keep up. Inside was chaos- I wish they had table numbers for delivering my pick up order to a table- the pick up area was so stuffed and not an ideal place- high traffic area. I felt bad asking for condiments and drink refills- which I shouldn’t.
We went at 12:15 on a Saturday—holy moly it was busy! Service was perfect: courteous and fast. My order was exact. A few reviews complain about orders being incomplete—I would just advise check it before you leave to make sure. Food was delicious! They are located in a parking lot that we were able to get in and out of with our big truck and horse trailer
I stopped at this Chick-fil-A for lunch, and all in all it was a good experience. I've gone to several Chick-fil-As in the past, all of which have been great experiences, with great customer service, food, and cleanliness. This one is the same. The service was great, and the store was clean. The only thing that was slightly less than satisfactory were the waffle fries. They were slightly undercooked which resulted in a chewy fry, which isn't preferred. They are usually golden brown and crispy. Other than that, the food was great.
I would definitely recommend this place for a quick lunch if you find yourself at UVU.

CFA is my favorite place to eat and my son’s favorite. I have gone to different Chick Fil A’s across the US and what always stands out to me is that the service and atmosphere are always excellent and the food is just as delicious as it always is. Other fast food places should take note!
Consistently the most efficient drive through system on the planet. Why can’t any other fast food chains adopt the efficiency of the chic dip a drive through.
Normally very busy but the line moves pretty fast! The prices are high. However, the food quality is really good! The staff is friendly and helpful.
Good place to eat and take the kids to play meanwhile you as a parent, you get a decent break time!
We go to Chick-fil-A a TON. I can’t think of better service at any other fast food or even most middle tier restaurants. It’s clean. They are always cleaning. The playground doesn’t have years of grime caked on everything. The employees are clean with clean shirts. Sometimes they seem a little Stepford when they say, “My Pleasure!” but they do seem genuinely happy. We noticed they built shade for outside workers taking orders, and have installed fans for summer and heaters for winter. They all wear safety vests.
It has that Costco vibe. It seems like people want to work there. A company that takes care of its employees—I can get behind that. The food is fast food, but good fast food. The breakfast is amazing. I love their seasonal stuff—please bring back the Lemon Caesar Parmesan Salad already. We are big fans!
I had a great experience today at chick fil a, a employee named Justin was super patient and kind to me while I was thinking about what to order, and couldn’t figure out what an item was called, he got my order completely right and was very polite and kind. I will definitely be back!
