First time at this location. In Washington State, in my hometown and other cities, I go to this type of restaurant regularly. New places offer new things. I was surprised (not in a bad way) by some of the difference.

I go here all the time, they have super nice people and really good food. You pick out your own ingredients as well, so there is always something to like and lots of different combinations to try. Their sauce bar is also top-notch, with different spice levels as well as different flavors you can mix
