Review Village Pizza & Restaurant - Southwick

Nice hole-in-the-wall pizza joint. Staff was cool, restaurant was clean, and patrons were treated as such. Steak sandwich was delicious (and HUGE). Antipasto gets two thumbs-up. Pizza... I'm from New Haven, CT so it would be wrong to judge based off against the best in the country. I would go back there if I'm back in MA in the future.

This placed used to be the best in town. Today I asked for no onions, got a whole pile in my salad. I have had this happen here before with the onions. I was thinking, that is the not the servers fault. Then our server never checked on our meals or filled my water. I don't remember the last time I did not tip my server. Sad to have one of my favorite places dissapoint me. Edit 11/21, Stopped in again and it was so much better, like I was used to. This waitress was very helpful and nice. She got a nice tip too.

The food is good . But service on all ends needs to be worked on . Girls taking orders on the phone don't listen they just rush you . .when you pickit up check your orders before leaving . . We went last night for dinner it was not busy but the waitress just rushed us. Gave us are check with out asking if we wanted anything else . What if I wanted a slice of cake .The care of service is just not there anymore

I loved the BBQ sauce. The tender tasted very tender and soft not burnt nor over cooked perfect. Very happy first time experience. Im from out of state. Happy I chose Village Pizza and you will be too. Ask for extra BBQ sauce tossed on your tenders will make it taste all the better

Would like to try more dishes but it wasn't bad- service was kind of slow but once they got to you it wasn't bad. Fried mozzarella is a block, like it should be- and not sticks 👍

Want to continue with my post. Who ever made my grinder Tonite did a fantastic job. The last time I gave HIM a tip. He deserved it! And I think it was the same person. And I THANK YOU. Maybe the waitresses can learn something from you., Also want to praise your French fries! Best in town,

I ordered two regular pizzas with no pepperoni. I asked for hamburg, peppers, onions, mushrooms. I got a burnt pizza with all the toppings on the crust. There was no pizza sauce. At $16.95 a piece it was quite upsetting and if it was no so late I would have brought both pizzas back to your restaurant. I have never had bad pizza from your restaurant but this was really really bad.

Often gets your order wrong, gives you the wrong order, "cooks" are vindictive when you bring the wrong orders back and ask for the correct order. Management is indifferent to complaints.
