Domino's Pizza

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience tonight. Stopped in unexpected. We had been shopping in the area and my daughter asked for a cheese pizza for dinner. Walked in and ordered our food. While waiting I was pointing out different features of their kitchen. My daughter (8 yes old) mentioned this was her first time in a pizza kitchen. (We usually order pizza take out). Overhearing our conversation Biba and her team offered to give my daughter a tour of their kitchen and how they make pizza. My daughter had a BLAST! They even made her a complimentary lava cake. She can not wait to visit them again. Thank you for your hard work. We appreciate you!

This was my second attempt at ordering from here recently. The first time was a few months back, and the person who answered the phone gave me a serious attitude and then put me on hold for over ten minutes, so I gave up that night. I was able to order this second time because I ordered online. I ordered a medium pizza and it tasted awful. I took one bite of the pizza and could not even finish the bite because it tasted so bad; I spit it out and threw away the entire pizza. Their sauce tasted absolutely disgusting and the pizza smelt terrible. I used to go here when I was younger all the time, but this place is just a dump now. I will never go back there again, and the same goes for any other Dominoes. Waste of money!

A while back they had coupons for a five item pizza for $10. So I called and said I’d like that offer and I want Hamburg, she says beef. Ok Hamburg, mushrooms, she says beet, mushrooms. That’s only two. I said I’m not done yet. So I said hamburg, mushrooms, onions. She repeats again as usual. Beef mushrooms onion. That’s only three. This conversation went on for fifteen minutes. I get there and they don’t have my order. They don’t even speak or understand English. She asked if I wanted to reorder and wait. NOPE.

I'm only give it a 1 Star cuz go no lower Food wasn't the greatest, very loaded with grease that it spilled on me upon grabbing the box. And when asking for napkins the lady that handed me my order seemed rude and that I was bothering her since she was on her phone she could not say ho at all the hole time I was in she on her phone I will be ordering from this domino's again Worst I ever had

The pizza arrived and my grandson was eating his pepperoni I order a homemade crust I bit into it and I thought maybe this the only piece not cooked all the way the pizza was like that through out. Now I'm watching a 3 year old. I call the store and I spoke to a young man who put me on hold then I assume it was the manager she tells me they delivered an hour ago and said the only thing I can do for you now is make a new one but we need your pizza back. What ever happened to the customer is always right? I just wanted a credit after bitting into the first pizza I really didn't have an appetite for more. Never again.
