The employees at this location seem like they really enjoy being at work. My wife and family go through the drive-thru often and everyone is so kind to us! Hands down best dunkin in Southington, CT

Fast friendly service, but was told they no longer carry ham at this location which is a little upsetting because I love my ham egg and cheeses. I tried the new cheddar bacon mini egg things and they were pretty good. All in all a good experience

It's nice they're open so early. I've been working in the area for 2 weeks and have gone every morning. The problem is, every time the coffee has been nasty and the employees aren't friendly. Can't eve get a "you're welcome" after I say thanks. Every day of the past 2 weeks that I have been in the area the coffee has been gross. So this isn't just an isolated incident. Thankfully I'm leaving the area and can go to a better location in the coming weeks.

On 4 separate visits I asked for cream cheese on the side and specified I didn't want the 50% less fat because there's a difference in taste and texture and they gave it to me anyway. On another occasion I ordered a complete bagel and they gave me the 50% less fat again. I've complained about this multiple times and over 2 months still experiencing the problem.

My order: 2 coffees, medium. 2 hash browns, one chicken bacon croissant. That's it. 3 employees, two customers total, one inside, and us. TEN MINUTE DRIVE THROUGH. Are you joking?

These dunkin donuts suck they don't care about the customers and they don't treat people well. My friend found a rock in her croissant sausage sandwich and cheese broke the tooth. then one of the drive thru attendants didn't seem to care until the other attendant gave her free coffee. She broke her tooth going to pay dentist and they do nothing? I'm a lawyer and I didn't think it was right
