The first time we dined here the food took a very long time and the waitress didn’t refill drinks. Okay that’s fine, that happens sometimes. Tried again and walked out because it had been 30 minutes after we were seated and they hadn’t even taken our drink orders yet. That’s a long time when you’ve got a 2 yr old with you. The dining room wasn’t even that busy both times.

Went in to pick up a carry out. The cashier was having a difficult time finding a customer's receipt and kept printing receipts and crumpling them. Another employee was standing behind her completely ignoring me. Finally, she found the correct receipt then she turned her attention to me. As she was reaching into the hot box to retrieve my order, she grabbed another box but snagged mine. My order came flying out, flipped upside down and landed on the floor. Without hesitation she picked up the closed box, flipped it right side up set it on the counter and said, "here you are". She then turned and walked away. No saying, "sorry. Let me make another." No offer of any kind to compensate. Reminds me why I haven't been there in 20 years.

This was my first visit to this establishment. The parking lot was easily accessible and with plenty of room, I have a 3500HD so space can be an issue. We got to a table quickly as there were only a few people dinning-in. It took longer than expected to get our drinks once ordered, but okay, a wait at Pizza Hut is expected. We ordered our food, 2 large pizzas and a personal pan pizza, without issue. Several other people have since arrived and too looked to be bothered by the wait. Our food came out after others that arrived and ordered after we did. I had to go to the counter to ask if my family could get refills of our drinks. When the pizza did arrive it was good as expected. The staff was very approachable and helpful. In short the food was good but the wait was unexpectedly long without unprompted assistance.

Was the only one in the dinning room and waited 15 for someone to come over to us. Lady greeted us when we walked in and told us to sit anywhere. Waitress apologized and said that the lady that greeted us didn't make her aware that we were in the dining Room. Apparently they're having some kind of catty rebellious behavior towards one another customers are affected

I should start by saying I was on a pizza hut boycott for roughly the last 10yrs due to several bad experiences. Finally I thought I'll give them a try they may have changed for the better. (Mistake)
So I ordered 2 large pan pizzas and I have to say it was great I was really happy with the pizzas the delivery time and price.
Based on this I thought ok I'll go back and order again...
Ordered from the mobile website and was unable to type anything that made sense in the comments box as only some of what I typed would appear.
So I place my order and decide to call the store to make sure the instructions make sense.
I called over and over , no answer.
I was redirected to a call center that can only place orders for customers or just disconnected every time.
So eventually the driver shows up and when I ask him what's going on he tells me them manager doesn't care if they run short he sends everyone home to save money if it's not the weekend and he will not answer the phone.
He tells me that the manager is the cook he is the only driver and the only other employee is one waitress . The driver goes on to apologise and let me know he wasn't in the store at the time and assured me he would have answered the phone. So I tip the driver and go in to eat some pizza that I know will be wrong because no one would make the time to assist me. To my surprise not only are the instructions wrong but it is not a pan pizza crust that I paid extra for and it's raw. Both pizzas!!!
$39.00 this isn't cheap by any means and it's raw the wrong crust and wrong special instructions.
So knowing no one would answer I try to call again with the same result NOTHING.
I am completely disappointed and upset.
I will never order from pizza hut again..
I have no option for recourse as no one will answer me.
How can you prevent of fix a customer issue if you will not talk to them??
For any business this is terrible customer service and completely unacceptable.
I was just ripped off and they are ignoring me.
So to everyone out there beware
Southgate pizza hut does not care about the customers that they depend on and will not take care if you but instead take your money and run... Literally

Pizza was great but it took 45 minutes and we asked to get bread sticks first and she served 3 other tables first then brought us our pizza and breadsticks at the same time. No refills on water. Maybe they should pay more attention to the customers at Pizza Hut and nit the carry out orders.

I always do the online ordering when I go to get pizza from Pizza Hut because I get good coupons and my email and I am part of the rewards program I earn points towards free pizza. One thing I can say Pizza Hut should have never got rid of their Buffet and I've noticed a lot of locations around me have closed down or don't get as much business a people dining in as they did in the years passed

I've been a Dominos fan (Southgate) for a looooooong time (still am). It's literally been years since I've had Pizza Hut. Thought I'd try them once again and am completely disappointed. The price difference (more) should have been the first warning. Pizza was cold, crust was like cardboard, and you had to literally investigate to find the toppings. Couldn't even finish it. Save your money and the guaranteed disappointment.
