Applebee's

April at Apple Bee's Restaurant on Southfield Rd. near 10 Mile Rd. (Southfield Michigan) is an awesome bar tender and food service waiter. She made us feel as if we were inside the Apple Bee's restaurant. She communicated efficiently and effectively in care, sang birthday songs with us and proudly represented Apple Bee's during this pandemic. April should get all promotions and wage increases to her personally because she has and will increase the profit margin for this franchise individually by herself. April ROCKS !!!

The food was pretty dry and their bread was flavorless. I had to wash my silverware myself because it was so dirty. Me and my family waited a long time for our food. My sister's chicken was so dry it felt just like paper. All of our drinks had some type of food in it. One of our waiters named Steeve was really good, he was quick and always checked on us. His great attitude made the situation better and seems pretty hardworking. I am sorry but if it was up to me I wouldn't come back here. :P Have a nice day!

I'm not really a big fan of Applebee's but my twins love it! I like going this this particular one because the staff is always so nice and we enjoy ourselves everytime. Even through this pandemic the restaurant is always clean and it doesn't take long for your order to come out. Our waitress Toya was soooo friendly and professional. April that works at the bar always makes the perfect drinks! Also this time we went the car side manager from Roseville was there and she was very helpful as well😁 All in all me and my twins enjoyed ourselves as usual!

Service was slow very slow.. food was cold, cheese sticks where not cooked, chips for dip was way old and rubbery and way to oily. And I waited 45mins for my check. I just wanted to pay and leave.. other then that soup was good but prices are not ideal for quick bite. The only nice thing is I could pay at the table via tablet. I didn't have to wait on her"the wait staff"

I ordered a catering sized french fry and it's supposed to serve 5-6 people. This will barely serve 3-4. I can see the bottom of the container through the top without opening it. It's rediculous! Plus I ordered that and green beans and it took an hour and 10 minutes to get it. The email said 30 minutes. Smh!!! Annoyed!!!!
