Domino's Pizza

After tonight I have now had two terrible experiences with this store. In January I ordered pizza for delivery and it took over 3 hours to get it delivered. When I called the manager an hour and half in he told me he had no idea how long it would take and was extremely rude. I normally don’t ask for free items, but a free dessert or something was not out of line. Nope. Tonight, when I asked to speak to the Manager, Tom I think, he was very abrasive and rude and told me no and hung up. Both times I received the same excuse; It’s the weekend and “we are short staffed”. I have never seen worse customer service and this is only the Second bad review I have ever written on a business, and I am in in my 40s and have lived in over 15 states. Recommendation….do NOT patronize this establishment!

I had an issue with placing an order online, I called into the store to speak to someone to see how it can be fixed. The first person to answer the phone was a young man who was nothing but apologetic and offered to resolve the issue. He admitted he was new so he offered to get someone else to help me. The manager got on the phone, her name was Selena. While in the midst of explaining the issue, she tried to talk over me instead did waiting for me to finish. She asked me to repeat myself one time for her not listening. She told me that I would have to delete my order and start all over again. I explained I had done this multiple times already for the past hour. She precedes to tell me that she doesn’t run the internet and I need to call the 1-800 #. I asked for her name again and preceded to tell her that is not how you treat loyal customers, she said I was being rude to her. Not one time did I raise my voice. So sad that the customer service has gone out the window with an attitude of its not my problem. I finally got the order to go through. And this will be the last time I order food from this location.

I don’t typically like to leave bad reviews but after two bad experiences I felt I needed to. Twice now I’ve ordered delivery and the delivery time is an hour, which was expected but after waiting over an hour and a half I decide to call only to be told my order hasn’t even been started yet and the manager can’t tell me when it will be started much less delivered. He states there are plenty of people still ahead of me and can I just come pick it up. If I wanted to pick it up, I would not have chosen delivery. I also know from other stores that the online delivery option can be disabled so if you can’t handle the volume, don’t allow people to order. The customer service was terrible and they acted like it was an inconvenience to even speak to me. I do not recommend this store!

Love their pizza. Hate how the prices can be really cheap or really expensive. Last time they messed up my order, but fixed it when I brought it back. Their sandwiches are good, but cooked way too long the bread is hard and the meat taste dried out, even though I requested they not cook it too long 🤷🏼‍♀️

Delivery takes 3 hours or more… I have tried to order delivery from this Dominos on two separate occasions over the past 3 months. Both times the order status was in the prep phase for over an hour. When I called to ask about the order, I was told that it would be another hour or two minimum before the pizza could be delivered. Again, this happened on two separate occasions. Save your money and your time and order from somewhere else.

Very frustrated and disappointed. I ordered two pizzas to be delivered at 5:24pm. I was told it'd be an hour and a half before they got to me. Annoying but understandable (it's the weekend and everyone is short workers these days). At an hour and 45 min I still had NO PIZZA. I called and they said 'we are putting your pizzas in the oven now.' WHAT?!? I asked how long before I get it?!? He had no idea. Soon is what I was told. 54 min later I got my pizza!!!! That's a total of over 2 hours I waited! And given no apology, no coupon, no discount! Poor show Dominoes of Aberdeen!

Literally ordered 2 pizza and hour before the lunch rush and still waiting for my pizzas, walked into the store no one at the counter, was in the back asked where my pizzas were, sitting on the counter, uncooked and was told it be a couple of mins almost 2 and a half hours later, I feel bad for everyone else still waiting for their food, I will not be coming back to this location ever, this was unnecessary

Don’t bother trying to use the app at this location. I ordered for delivery because the app said it would be delivered in 26 minutes. When it had not even gone into the oven 30 minutes later I called to find out what was going on. The location personnel told me that the app is not accurate on types and that they had not put it in the oven yet and it would not be delivered on time for me to eat before I went to work. I had no choice but to cancel the order and will not be ordering this location again.
