My wife and I enjoyed our last visit. So we decided to bring the whole family with us today. We had a blast and the appetizers and entrees were so good. Everything was hot. Our server Daphne was great and attentive to our large party. She didn't miss a beat. Hope to have her again for our next visit. Overall great job to everyone at Curt's Cucina.
The menu had plenty of options, and they even cooked a box of gluten free pasta for my partner. The only issue I have is with the drinks. I ordered an iced tea and they brought out a bottle of Gold Peak tea and a glass of ice. Let me be clear: I don't care what brand of tea is or even that they don't make it themselves, I just don't want to deal with a plastic bottle on my table the entire meal. 4.5 stars isn't an option, and that really is the only thing keeping it from 5 stars. I will definitely go back, and I will still probably order the iced tea.
Dinner this evening was perfectly "cooked". However, UNFORTUNATELY it ABSOLUTELY lacked the wonderful Italian flavors that previous meals at Curt's have had. Unfortunately, the flavors were lacking ALL hints of garlic (which most would certainly expect in Italian cuisine)... Don't get me wrong, it was ALL "cooked" perfectly. But for the cost of the meal to be OVER $100 (without the addition of alcoholic beverages, just regular sodas & water), it really, REALLY lacked in the flavor department... I'm giving a 4 star review because the waitress corrected a plate that wasn't very good & because everything else was good quality & cooked well..... But the actual FLAVORS we're barely "meh" & truly disappointing...
I had a really enjoyable dinner here recently with my wife. The calamari appetizer was great. Perfect color (clean oil, not overcooked/undercooked) and tasted wonderful. Our entrees were equally pleasing. The service was prompt and friendly as well. Overall we left feeling satisfied and likely to return.
All the meals are generous and tasty. Salads are fresh. Nice wine selection. Our group had chicken piccata and veal Parmigiano, calamari, and capresse. By 6pm, it became crowded for a Tuesday evening and it is very loud. No acoustics. Servers must cover many tables.
