Staff was friendly.
Food was very spicy. They are generous with the Rib Tips but it didn't matter because they were hard little to no meat. A waste of money.

Fall off the bone pork ribs, baked beans are amazing, and the potato salad is very tasty. I give it 4 because the bread is just 2 pieces of white bread. I wish it was something a bit more appetizing like garlic bread or rolls. I wish I could've gotten honey bbq sauce. Only 13 bucks too!

Today I visit this BBQ spot 15 to 20 minutes before closing and when I tell you that my friend and I got sick from eating from this place. The food looks good and fresh but whatever it was (slaw, bbq sauce) or etc make us really sick. Today was my first time eating there and surely my last.

Food is never fresh . Tastes old. They are cheap with the portions for the price they are asking. Ribs barely have any meat on them. Order is wrong every other time and can't ever get in touch with a manger or supervisor to adress the issue. May be my last time coming to this location. I will stick to the location on 3rd street. They are much better and cater to the customers needs much better.

I am highly disappointed. I called, asked prices, asked did they have a slab ready. Yes. So I ordered some. When I got there the box was the size of a small shrimp fried rice. I asked was that a slab,man looked at me very mean and said YES MA'AM. So I paid and left. Open box revealed 6 pieces of ribs: 4 single bones, and 2 pieces with 3 bones. 2 with 2 bones. If it was a slab,didn't look like the pieces came from same slab? I didn't need them to divide my slab either. That's why I ordered A SLAB.
For 3 holidays per year, I order slabs from: Corkeys, BBQ Shop,
Longhorns, Memphis BBQ
Tops and or Pollards. I have NEVER received pieces.. RIDICULOUS! 12WORDS: NEVER, EVER AGAIN. FIRST AND LAST TIME AT INTERSTATE.

This is my go to meal every time I’m craving BBQ Spaghetti and Potato Salad. I go to Interstate BBQ! Their BBQ Beef Bologna Sandwiches with Baked Beans are delicious as well!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE food! Arguably THE BEST in Memphis. Side note (for this location in particular) you do NOT come here expecting phenomenal service. As a matter of fact, I don't think I've ever had a particularly good service experience here. Good thing their food is AMAZING! I'll continue to go back because... Well, it's really that good. I really don't care that everyone that works there leaves their smiles and friendliness at home. I'm just there for the grub. If you expect great service along with your food, you've been warned. ;)
