Jack In The Box

I usually go to this location and they treat me really good, the staff is always nice to me, But I guess today is an exception because I think there was a new worker at the drive thru around 10:40pm (he is probably on his mid 20's). He looked mad, he didn't ask for our card at the moment of the payment, gave us the order without saying anything else than asking for what type of sauce and he didn't even tell us when our order was complete and also not even a thank you, he just closed the window. In conclusion, I was very disappointed because of the lack of customer service and the treatment we got this time.

I Do Not Recommend this Jack in the Box. A similar thing happened to me as it did Tyler. My order was a simple #10 or a spicy chicken sandwich with a small French fry and a small soda. I received a hamburger and French fries that tasted very dry, flavorless, and stale. A small soft drink is not worth $9.10. Unfortunately, the number listed on the receipt (same # listed here in google maps) is not a contact # to reach a manager or human to offer and provide valuable customer service and support. This is the first time that I have felt compelled to write a critique about one of my top three favorite comfort meals and restaurant chain.
