Wong Kok - South Riding - Photo album

I recently moved to the South Riding area and had tried several chinesse restaurants around until I found Wong Kok, the taste of the food is very special, just perfect not too much spices, no strong taste it is really good. I usually try bone spareribs, Yong Chow Fried Rice and vegetable chow main.
We always go for the lunch specials to take advantage of the included choice of soup (instead of the usual egg rolls). Prices are reasonable. Decent amount of food.
The General Tso chicken taste good the batter isn’t too much which is great ! good sauce & very crispy! The fried rice is seasoned very well I can eat it without soy sauce ! good food over here
Best shrimp toast ever. Each dish we ordered (group of five) actually looked just like the pictures. All delicious. Best Chinese food I have had in all of northern Virginia.
Funny name aside. The place is consistent with its food. The Hunan chicken/beef/shrimp are good. Beef chow fun is good, especially with house chili oil. The shrimp toast is generous with the shrimp. Eggrolls and spring rolls are both good.
Update: I ordered here again last night and they deserve more nice words. Food is amazing like usual. It always comes fast, hot, and fresh. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant by far! Thank you for making a stressful night a little better. Yummy!!! My favorite is the Peking duck. Skin is crispy a
Pricey, but good. Not salty at all, flavors are good and well done!! I'm s picky eater as you can see from my reviews. This one I approve. Wish it was cheaper so if u use their coupons, it's pretty fair. $49 for 4 orders but free combo fried rice which had a good size shrimp.
The food is always on fresh and delicious. I drive 25 minutes to and from to get take-out. My family and I have been coming here for over 15 years and it never disappoints. Thank you to everyone there for making my family feel like family over the years.
Service was prompt. Singapore noodles were more authentic than most other Asian restaurants. Shumai was superb. Sweet corn chicken soup was top notch. Garlic chicken was good, but no hint, even, of garlic. Good value for price.
Food is amazing like usual. It always comes fast, hot, and fresh. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant by far! Thank you for making a stressful night a little better. Yummy!!! My favorite is the Peking duck. Skin is crispy and meat is so tender. The crab ragoons are also to die for 🤤 everything is
Food is great here with a good mix of traditional Chinese American dishes, with some Asian fusion options. Take out and pick up process is easy, yet it can sometimes take longer than they quote. Plenty of parking as it is in a super market shopping center. They are only doing take out for now due
Your standard Chinese takeout restaurant. Good food and prices. Good size portions.
I typically stay with the more common dishes. At this place, I have tried a few like the Lo meins, pupu platter, fried rices and soups all of which were very good. A few days ago I tried the Gen Tsaos which is one of my favorite Chinese dishes but I was a bit disappointed with it. Great Gen Tsaos
Awesome hunan shrimp, human chicken and shrimp fried rice. Never disappoints!!!
