Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I adore this spot! They provide splendid dishes, their menu is large, The chief cook in that place is well trained, I love very much trying all their dishes. The food is consistently fresh, the attitude towards the visitors is good. I often eat in this place and I not even once was discontended. I recommend it with no hesitation.

This place as gone down hill since the COVID. I know they wanna keep six feet distance, and I respect that. However, does it mean to say to cut the flavors too and toppings? You only get two toppings, and three flavors you want. That's it. Extra costs money. On top of that, I wanted to have a frozen yogurt cake because I am lactose. Put in my order, and was told the manager would call me to set up a pick up time. No call from the manager, and nothing saying that our order was ready to be picked up. Went there yesterday, and found out that our order wasn't even placed at all. What is the point?! I was upset because I was hoping my birthday would be completed with frozen yogurt cake, but instead it just turned out to be the worst birthday I ever had. Thanks a lot. I'll stick to Yogurtland.

It was 25 degrees in Los Angeles when I tried Sundaes and Cones. Not the most optimal ice cream weather, but I still LOVED it! The black sesame ice cream is even better than the ones I had in Japan. It's perfectly creamy and tastes exactly like black sesame. Scoops are generous in size, so one is definitely enough if you're just looking for a small snack.
