Had a very good experience at the restaurant today. The host said it would take forty minutes to get us seated at our table, but it only took two seconds. We had the fried red snapper and the shrimp boat. We also tried the Seafood soup, and the shrimp bisque. 10/10. Two adults and one child and we were full to the max. The server was very attentive and very friendly. She gave really good recommendations on the plates we should get. Super nice place, I don’t like that there’s rug instead of clear floor but there’s a great view of some boats in the water. Highly recommend, I would definitely come again family friendly.
Get ready to spend some money when you come here. I wish they were open a little later. Besides that the food was tasty. We did get some raw oysters that I was told were really good, not my cup of tea. The service was great. I love a restaurant that has water that does not taste like sink water.
Been here many times. Food is always excellent.
Waiter was lousy. He was more interested in the table next to us with the girls ...... So we begged for water. Begged for our food to come and basically waited for any service.
Ordering was also a hassle , guy was like he was a 4 star general. Very rude and aggressive in just taking our order. No customer service at all !
The food is always delicious and very unlike other sea food menus. They have smoked oysters which are so tasty and seafood enchiladas which they're very generous with the amount of sea food they stuff those babies in. My husband always tries different orders and he is never disappointed as well. My only small issue this last time was we were sat upstairs and there was a lot A LOT of staff banging as if they were dropping tables or something back there, it was very loud. Our waiter did not have great customer service. The last time we went however we had an amazing waitress who provided us her personal choices, was extremely nice and made the experience a whole lot nicer. I was hoping for that same consistency with everything since it is a bit of a pricey place. The food is worth it.
The best food we had during our trip to south padre! I had the shrimp and tenderloin kebabs and they were delicious! The baked potato was the best I've ever had. We will defientley be coming back here!
After our dolphin tour we decided to check this place out because my husband had been craving a steak. He loved the steak and I loved my red snapper. The servers were attentive and helpful with questions. We would definitely come back again.
No doubt a bit pricey but the service was top notch and quality of food was there. Not too long of a wait time and food came out pretty quickly. I was recommended the spanish enchiladas and was not disappointed. The fish and shrimps were caught the day of which was nice. Our food came out fresh and hot. The staff were attentative and it was clear to see this place is well operated.
The wait was long but so worth it. Food was fresh and delicious. The staff and waiter were so kind, we always come here and will continue to be back!
Seafood enchiladas are 5 stars. So yummy.
Broiled seafood platter was 4 stars. It was weird that they served it with 2 large scallops and 1 small scallop. They should all be large. Not broiled long enough.
Great meal, overall.
This meal was amazing. From the shrimp cocktail and ceviche, clam chowder soup and Cesar salad; to the crab legs and filet. They did not disappoint. Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly! Our server Gio was excellent, and his assistants always kept our drinks filled and our table clean! We are sad we won’t be here long enough to come again! We loved it all!!!
Everything about this restaurant was amazing. This dish is the red snapper prepared Cubano style. Be prepared, its a large fish (possibly for 2)! Great price and wonderful customee service. Highly recommemd!
Food was delicious. Prices are more inline with an upscale restaurant. Would definitely visit again.
Absolutely Charming little place. The food was delectable scrumptious and plenty of it. Well priced all in all of one out of 10 I give it a 15 will return
The meal was wonderful, just a bit pricey. We really enjoyed.
The entrées were pretty good but I was a bit disappointed from the appetizers. The Mussels’ juice tasted like they had put their fryer oil on the dish. The sampler was very small and definitely not for more than 2 people.
The service was on point and attentive.
They have a souvenir shop in the first floor in front of the hostess table and it had very cute items.
The chocolate martini was the perfect choice for my 1st martini ever! Jerry was our superb waiter and his recommendations were the best. I had the seafood soup and tenderloin tips with shrimp and sweet potato fries. Even tho we were stuffed, we carried out the turtle cheesecake to eat for breakfast the next day. Will definitely be back. Reservations are a good idea.
