Great staff, friendly...good food and large variety. We enjoyed our time there

Not bad, not good. Some food is ok, some doesn't look good. We ordered a hot tea, and it was absolutely disgusting, we asked to change it and lady brought us the same thing and added that "I changed it and if it tastes the same that's all we have" lol.. desserts are not bad, standard as everywhere in buffets.

Been here twice and both time have been disappointed and grossed out. There are flies, flat soda is served to the customers, the food is cold, and some of the food looks old. Will not be coming here again. How dare they call the food they serve Japanese food. Shame on you. *Update: just found out that this place had 48 violations 🤢 shows up on the results on Google maps. You have to click on the link and scroll down to see the information about their violations. Absolutely disgusting

The only reason their getting one star is because the place is nice and clean. All the food was cold and old. We didn’t eat a full plate because everything we tried wasn’t hot or tasty. They charge too much for this buffet, these are some items I was expecting them to have: bbq ribs, fried shrimp, boneless ribs, sweet& sour chicken and egg rolls to name a few. Soda was flat. Staff shouldn’t have to tell me I’m sorry for not serving hot food or I’m sorry today is Thursday not a busy day. When operating a business, if you only have one customer you need to act like you have a full house and make sure your customers leave your business full and satisfied. I paid $75 for four unsatisfied people. Who do you know pays this amount of money and still hungry and go to McDonald’s after this disgusting food. The least thing they could’ve done was give a discount.

my father and I frequent here often. I'd give it a $ on the $$$$ scale. We even used to go to their original location across the street under the name "Tokyo Buffet" which closed down about three years ago before they relocated to this location. Their food tastes like authentic fast food Chinese and Japanese food (I speak as a Chinese-American that flies between countries often) and their staff is friendly. Quaint little buffet, definitely worth the trip, definitely worth visiting, one of my favorite places to eat when you just don't know what you're in the mood for. I prefer the steamed fish, the sushi, the broccoli and chicken, and their noodles (their noodles are SO good). Dessert selection is quite large too.

I want to rate this 5 stars despite the things I've heard because I genuinely enjoyed it but the food was good and the decor was as well I'm still wondering if i may or may not go back.

So this place is honestly garbage. Originally I planned to give this place a 3 Star but then I noticed that a strawberry had mold in it. I was baffled that a place this nasty place could be running. Do not be fooled by the hip decor this place should not be open. The only reason it gets a two is because the service was good.

Had the Japanese sushi buffet here for dinner in our second-last dinner at Miami. Was longing for a sushi buffet for a long time and viola! The sushi's were good but the steak was bad. Honestly, I have had better sushi buffet in Boston but this was kind of average. Did not have appetite for the desserts so could not try them. The collection seemed quite varied.

The prices are very reasonable for a weekday and there selection of nigiri and rolls vary, which is nice. It's by no means a gourmet sushi experience, however for the price, it's amazing! Definitely worth a visit! :)

Delicious!. Not bad for the price, the sushi is always fresh, and the Udon is scrumptious! Make sure to tip the Teppanyaki chef, he cooks delicious meals on demand. Oh, and all you can eat sushi and sashimi. Who needs crab legs?

Not your typical buffet. Let me start by admitting that I'm a little bit of a food snob... I simply don't eat at buffet restaurants. Occasionally I'll be talked into meeting someone at a buffet of their choosing, and I'm generally steadfast in my opinion of buffet's by the end of the meal. Two notable restaurants have broken my buffet stereotype, however... the first is Todai in Tampa. The second is Kyojin in South Miami.
The food at Kyojin is fresh, well prepared, diverse, and amazingly inexpensive. The owners are delightfully cheery and nice... Wendy made us feel right at home. Our friend Tony insisted that he treat us to dinner at Kyojin... piling up snow crab and mussels along with sushi, tempura, and dumplings on our plates. Everything was fresh and good, from the california rolls to the octopus rolls. They had mackerel, spicy tuna, and even vegetable rolls. There was also a selection of chinese food and some Korean sides like kim chee.
This is one buffet that I won't hesitate returning to, and recommending to others.
