Terrible experience. One person in line ahead of me, and took them 15 minutes before they even took my order. One girl making all the smoothies, two other girls would just dissapear. I counted 30 shakes before we even got to my order. Only ordering 1 smoothie. I was in the store for 35 minutes

Stopped here to use the bathroom for 2 mins and apparently they were closed but the doors were unlocked, so I was followed outside by a teenage girl who yelled that I cannot come inside a building when its closed, even though the doors were open & no hours were posted on said door. It's not really there fault we go to deliver some one already took the order, they made another one, when I dropped off just our order was there. You guys who is dispatching some of the orders we take the order then find out were going to another county over for a four dollar tip, south Lyon to Brig

Very clean. Service was on point and the staff clearly knew their menu... Offered a substitute when I did not want bananas in my smoothie. Service was quick and the smoothie was amazing. Will most definitely return.

Waited at the register for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order even though I was the only customer there. The guy that took my order was talking to someone on the phone while ignoring me at the register

The last couple of times we have ordered have not been great. Smoothies usually come out with ice chunks in them, terribly blended. The young lady with red hair was extremely rude to me today (8/19) at 10:20am when I asked her a question about the cash only sign on the door. Disappointing experience considering I visit this location often. Left without purchasing a smoothie due to her horrible attitude
