Review Burger King - South Houston

Very very clean establishment!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was very good and food was quick!!! Burgers were great and kids loved the red “Spider-Man “ buns !! Was really impressed at how clean this location was !! Definitely coming back and highly recommended!!!

So far this is the Best BK in Pasadena. Great Customer service and food freshly made. Very clean and great music!

Fantastic service. Extremely clean for a BK. Classic experience. Food came out fast and was inexpensive. Everything you’d expect in this establishment was on par.

Update! Came and tried this BK again after 2 years and the cashier was super friendly I believe his name is Moises. Will definitely come back when we’re visiting this side of town. Food was really good! Old post from 2 years ago: Waited around 15 min to place an order employees/Manager never acknowledged us. Left without ordering anything. Manager doesn’t even care about customer service!!!

I loved the fries, they were nice and hot. I tried the impossible burger and I didn't like it. I stopped eating meat almost 3 months ago. I don't really crave meat but my husband wanted to try it so we both did.

Service at the drive-through was fast and efficient. There was a very short wait at the pickup window but it was under 3 minutes and I'm sure my food was probably cooked to order during this time due to the fact that I ordered an Impossible Whopper and fries at a time when the breakfast menu was being served. Consequently the food was fresh & hot, particularly the fries which were almost too hot to eat immediately. The only thing keeping me from giving this Burger King five stars is the fact that there was no salt and pepper in the bag with my meal (though perhaps I should have asked for it, so that's possibly due to my omission) and a few more wipes would have been nice. All in all, this was an excellent experience and a model of efficiency that I wish other fast food outlets would subscribe to.

Nice staff, food was hot and fresh, and wide array of drink varieties as well.

Ordered 2 for 1 Whopper, I ordered no ketchup no mustard. The stupid little Millennial girl said " oh I forgot, no mustard no ketchup" so she went to the back and made it look like she was telling them that no mustard no ketchup. When She handed them to me I asked her do these have no mustard no ketchup? Just with this smart-ass little smirk she said "no I didn't REALLY tell them". A man with a real smart-ass little attitude she handed them to me as if too damn bad. Smart ass little b****
