My wife and I stopped by for the first time since 2017. Our last visit was not good at all. Today's visit was very pleasant. The wait staff was fantastic! Everyone worked as a team. If a server walked past our table, even if it wasn't our server, he/she asked if we needed anything and cleared dishes
This place was amazing! From dinner to soup to dessert. Southern sweet tea is always the best anyways, but theirs was better than most, and their fried banana cheesecake was delicious!
Great seafood. Had catfish and it was delicious. The sides are generously portioned and well made. The waitress we had was very nice. Kept our tea filled and gave us a box for leftovers.
Wilson's is one of my favorite BBQ spots in South Hill! The staff embodies southern charm, the food is delicious and I love the restaurant's simple theme. (don't forget to get a picture in the pig cut out! 😂)

Wilson's has been a staple of South Hill for years. I hadn't been here in over 15 years, but decided to visit while I was in town. The food was really good, the service was a bit a slow because there was only one waitress. Everyone was really nice.

Service was slow on the Sunday we ate there. Food was good once we got it. I think they need to keep the fans going so that the flies don't fly around so much because one did lite on my green beans, could not eat.
Meal was amazing! Service was good, although they were very busy. Plan to return during Christmas holidays.

Oh my goodness. This was hometown for me. This was country eating all the way. Best food I have had in a long time. Just simply delicious. I will be going there to eat from now on when I am home in South Hill VA. Love 💕 💕💕💕
The SERVICE, the FOOD, the ENVIRONMENT all OUTSTANDING! Smothered Porkchops nailed it. Definitely gonna be a go to spot when I come home to visit!
