Beautiful place. Service was fantastic. Husband got a burger and onion rings and really liked it. I got the Creole Chicken sandwich and it was delicious. My mother in law got the iceberg wedge. The bread was GREAT.

We held our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner here on June 9. Greg and his staff are extremely accommodating and attentive. They helped with set up and take down and serving our cake that we brought. The wait staff kept everyone’s glasses full. We chose 3 dinner options for our guests, the beef medallions, the white fish and the chicken. The food was delicious. We are from NY and had to plan this long distance. Couldn’t have found a more perfect place to start our wedding weekend. Thank you!

It was ok food but paid a bit for it. The bill was 180 with tip for 4. With one bottle of wine, one beer and a pop. I had water. They didn't mind you having take home. We did the pasta buffet.

We followed up our wedding with a visit to Hawkshead and were honestly amazed with how well made every meal we received was. The filet mignon I ordered nearly melted in my mouth and I’m told that every other steak was similar. One of our party ordered the fish and one a salad and both said they were delicious as well.
Though our party was rather large and loud at times, especially with the young ones in attendance, the staff was very kind and attentive. They responded quickly to drink requests and managed to keep us all happy. Couldn’t help but recommend this restaurant to anyone interested in a truly delicious meal!
What started as a celebration of our marriage will now turn into a celebration of us discovering this amazing restaurant and returning as often as our schedule will allow!

We are regulars and the food is outstanding and so are the staff! Saturday, June 26th 2021 was our wedding day. We had scheduled to have the ceremony outside by the gazebo. The owner said that if it rained it would be moved under the pavilion outside. At showtime the rain was so hard, we couldn’t even do that.
Greg and his staff let my girls and I use one of his guest rooms upstairs for my girls and I to wait, cleared his entire dining room, set up chairs, and I was able to walk down a beautiful stair case and we were married in front of the fireplace!
Greg and his staff made a fantastic effort to make our day extra special!

Had a wonderful dinner with my husband. Service was great and the white fish sandwich with slaw was delicious 😋. The salmon with angel hair pasta was very good also. The dining room was very comfortable with tables socially distant.

On behalf of the Toledo Sail and Power Squadron, allow me to thank you and your staff for a wonderful dining experience at HAWKSHEAD RESTAURANT on Saturday, March 10th. Twenty three people were seated comfortably at two tables and served so efficiently! Dealing with large groups is always a challenge; we were treated well, enjoyed great food and drinks, and service was excellent! All agreed that they plan to return!

I am not a golfer. A group of friends recently attended a charity dinner there. We rented rooms for the weekend. It was an amazing weekend! The owners Greg and Theresa are warm, friendly amazing people! The wait staff is impeccable! Maria, Carla, Allie were who we had contact with the most and each were excellent! The rooms are spotless and each has its own charm. I will definitely be back! I'm afraid to recommend to my friends because if I do I might not be able to get a room. You leave feeling like family. Delightful, beautiful, warm and friendly!! Thank you Hawkshead for hosting such a worthwhile event!

Seem to have lost their touch. Love this place but show me a golf course where you cant come into the clubhouse and can't get drinks or something to eat without a reservation.

Love this course. Immaculate fairways and greens with just enough challenges between the fairway long sands on some holes and the beach grass throughout. Well worth the time and investment any day you can play!
