Great food and friendly service. Got the perch everything is fresh hot. Loved the onion rings best I’ve ever had. Service is excellent never had a complaint totally recommend coming to check it out and all the sculptures in south haven are cool to look at too.

Wonderful Reuben! My husband had a fantastic turkey sandwich and our son had the 1lb steamed shrimp. Our waitress was attentive and did a great job. We had a 45 minute wait~ however, we were glad we stuck it out. We would definitely return when back in town.

Such a quaint hidden gem in the heart of South Haven, MI. The building itself dates back to 1896 which, at that time, was a bank. See the photo of the original bank vault. Food was tasty & very fresh! Steak dinner soup was phenomenal! My salad was huge!

We decided on Clementines because of the reviews! This place did not disappoint!!
Their onion rings we had as an appetizer are most likely the best I’ve ever had! My wife said that in her opinion it they were the best she has ever had! I chose the Corner deli which was a marbled rye bread with corned beef, sauerkraut Swiss cheese and thousand island dressing!! It was fantastic! My wife decided on the special which was the grilled cheese with bacon and tomato and curly fries! My step son ordered penne pasta with a pepper jack Alfredo sauce and garlic bread while his wife chose the grilled chicken salad with balsamic vinaigrette and blue cheese crumbles!

Based on the server’s recommendation, I ordered the onion rings and perch dinner… and boy am I glad I did! The onion rings may be the best I’ve ever had, and the perch was *kiss fingers* amazing! 😚
The atmosphere was perfect for an afternoon beer or a nice evening meal. I will certainly be back. I highly recommended visiting.

We sat at the bar and had a couple appetizers. The famous onion rings did not disappoint, and the quesadilla was pretty good too. The service was friendly and quick. We also enjoyed the atmosphere and character of the old building.

OMG! It is worth the wait! Excellent service, great tasting food! Waitress Heather, she is very knowledgeable and is quite friendly and gets it right. The historic ambiance is a plus!
