Outback Steakhouse

My wife and I love a good steak and usually have a great experience, but the food today was just average. The side salad and the clam chowder were both good but not great. The "steamed" veggies that arrived with my steak were soggy and arrived sitting in a bath of liquid on the plate. It made the seared bottom portion of my steak too moist. Our server was very polite and was attentive to our need for drink refills. The restaurant appeared clean but the laminate wood looked floor were very slippery and and in some places sticky on the bottom of my shoes. I almost witnessed the gentleman sitting in the booth across from us slide on the slippery floor and fall onto the floor while attempting to get out of his booth. I acted quickly and got up just in time to help him regain his balance. Accidental fall avoided.

So my only 2 complaints are the bloomin onion was the size of a shallot lol. Also they made up for it with the size of my baked potato. However, they should have put more toppings on the potato. Once the tiny drop of sour cream was gone and the 2 kernals of bacon and the 3 shreds of cheese, I still had a perfectly good baked potato left but was sooo plain. Our waiter was great.

The food was good. The service was okay. I just wish the server had paid more attention to our tables needs, like the table behind us. We were going to get dessert, but we're never asked about it. In the past though everything has been spot on. Definitely worth the half hour drive. The food was cooked to perfection. I would give the food and atmosphere 5 stars. The cost is fair too.

THIS IS THE BEST STEAKHOUSE IVE EVER BEEN TO!! Came here for my grandmas birthday & they were very very welcoming! The waitresses are very nice & respectful, they came to my table the minute we sat down and were very patient with us. The food was cooked the exact way I wanted it to be cooked!! 10/10 definitely coming back here again!!

Server was good as she was checking often and offering refill. Food was ok... I state ok because Steaks at Outback should be hands down perfect and it wasn't. We were a family of 6, ordered two entrée of steaks. They were both Medium as requested however they were burnt, not charred... and had been only 1, then would have let it slide. But two burnt Steaks... that's just someone not paying attention to grill or so, thus the reason of me giving only 2 stars

I come to this Outback all the time the people here are really nice, very friendly and hospitable. Most times I am waited on by Joe who is fantastic. Today I had Natalie who was awesome. DeShon the Manager is simply a great person, very professional and provides quality service he always stops by my table to make sure everything is satisfactory, he has a great personality and makes you want to come back again. I’ve been to many Outback’s but this is far the best.
