Review Mcdonald's - South Charleston

Nice clean, typical McDonalds with all the usual goodies. Friendly staff! Good deals with the App. Quick service. We got two big macs for the price of one. Any drink is currently $1.00

Staff was not waiting on customers appropriately. I watched a non employee vomit in floor (without washing hands after ) and then proceed to go behind counter 3 times to grab napkins and even got herself a drink..staff never told the person to stay from behind counter. I asked to cancel my order due to staff not sanitizing appropriately, being completely grossed out and was refused a refund. I will not being going back to this location. 100 percent dissatisfied and recommend corporate re-evaluate the conditions of the location.

Food and service were good once attended to. App made it difficult to complete an online order. Waited in a parking spot for close to 15 minutes before the app "refused" my payment and I was required to see an associate inside. Had to go through the Drive-Thru in the end. Frustrated that not one team member could take a minute to walk out and let me know the process I chose for picking up wasn't available. I was clearly parked in the proper designated area. Was also missing a toy in a Happy Meal. Total time for "fast food" service was right at 30 minutes.

Placed a mobile order, waited in line at drive thru speaker about 10 minutes, just to have them say the order showed up as 'unavailable' so I didn't even get my food. About 10 people drove off in the time I was waiting. Highly recommend going anywhere else 👍

Wait times over half an hour. Wrong and cold food on a pretty consistent basis. Employees just kind of wander around without doing anything. Even if you live nearby going to a different McDonald's in another city will be faster and you'll have a better chance of actually getting what you order.

I work close by so I've been here a few times...everytime something was wrong or the pop is flat. The biscuits are hard and this is at 6:30 in the morning. Good luck getting gravy if u order it or bacon on ur bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Normally I don't do this but something should be done.

Employees seemed to be uninterested in helping, finally one asked if we were waiting to have our order taken when I said yes she said she couldn't help as she didn't know how to do that? Then the another employee came to help I swear she was high. They couldn't take cards inside cash only had to use my phone to order so I could use my card. There was more talking between employees than orders being taken and processed.wont be back to this McDonald's

It was terrible I ordered two crisp chicken biscuits and two tomato and butter biscuits. It took forever to get my order and then after I left I realized I got one chicken biscuit and one sausage egg and cheese one was over cooked and one was under cooked the only reason for one star is they got the tomato biscuits right tighten up mcdonald's

This place is so f****** ridiculous the owner doesn't have any f****** idea what the f*** he is doing to let management run store like it you wait a half an hour in the f****** drive thru and they still f*** it up they don't get your food right or they pull the fries way before thay should be or there cold f*** I live by this place I go there every day I don't think there is a time they had not f***** it up or the owner that reads this please f****** get in contact with me I'm speaking with corporate health inspectors and whoever else I need to it's time for this s*** to stop run the f****** restaurant if Roger Kirkland still owned it this store would not be like this

For my 7am breakfast. I asked for a sliced tomato to be add on my egg McMuffin .... they put 4 whole cherry tomatoes on it . � ....

Always get the order wrong, and don’t even know the promotions that are going on at the location. Employees are Rude and bad at working fast food.. is That even possible?

I ordered a buttermilk chicken sandwich. Not a mcchicken on a fancy bun. I paid for real chicken not fake chicken!

I honest to God hate going to this McDonalds.... I was an employee at a different location and my store never sunk asnlow as they are..... the employees are rude and service was terrible and the food was nasty.... For example I came thru with my family and I ordered a salad and chicken tenders... the salad was wilted and old and my tenders were completly over cooked..... And to come back on service When I was waiting for my food the fries had came out of the fryer, the employee had loo,ed at the empty salt shaker for a good solid minute before she jus gave me overly unsalted fries.... The gentleman beside me had ordered a sandwich and a fry and was complaining that he was waiting for more than 20 minutes (which he was because if you look to the bottom right of the monitor of your order it has a second counter and it was beyond 999 seconds) and then I went back up for a refill and the manager told the employee to refill my drink and she turned around and looked at me and just continued what she was doing.... I waited almost 10 minutes for a refill... That is the last time I will be going to this mcdonalds... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

My 5 year old just played out a hilarious (imagined) scenario where the employees were 'pranking' us by putting all the fixings on his and his brother's cheeseburgers. Not quite as funny to me when I realize that I'm just out the money because they won't eat them that way. (Did you know that pickles leave their taste on everything?) Oh well. Guess they got us good. 😂

Slowest McDonald's ever. Terrible service. Ridiculous.

One of the worst McDonald's around. Even the Dunbar one which is still owned by the Watson family is better, but not by much. Went way down hill after it was sold to them.

Worst service ever. Employees too busy socializing and feeding themselves. Will not go back.

It's the best place to eat & the people are great I mc love it!!!!!

This morning, it took me 45 minutes to get thru the drive thru. When I place my order, I am told that the same order I have placed every morning for the last two weeks is now no longer including what I ordered, even though the same promo was advertised. I don't know if anyone will see this. I find it ironic that the number to call for comments, that used to be on the window, has now been removed!!

ordered a hamburger with m/p/o received a cold hamburger with everything and cold french fries yesterday around 6:30 pm yuk

Went there lastnight and they was out of French fries!!!! So we left and went to Wendy's!!!! How do u run out of fries????

Best Mcd's around! AND they still have hot mustard!!! :)
