⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tonight I experienced Customer Service at its VERY BEST! The night before payday and I was left with no option but to use pennies...😢 How embarrassing!!! Dreading it from the moment I pulled in the parking lot. A lady by the name of Theresa was working and didn’t do much as make a sour face or sigh when I apologized and pulled out my bag of pennies. She counted them with a smile and carried on conversation with me which completely made the awkward situation bearable! Thank You so Much Theresa if you happen to read this. You truly have no idea how Awesome you are!

My mind was on pumping gas and I was not thing I left my debit card in the machine by accident, the young lady cashier was kind enough to let me know over the speaker at the pump I did that and held onto it till I went in to get it I was very thankful

consistent friendly customer service but they NEVER answer their phone. i potentially lost an item at the store and called over 20 times in the span of an hour to no answer. if it was left there, it most definitely was stolen within that hour. i almost want to ask for a replacement product to be honest.

As I was being rung up, the staff member had went to finish the person food that was in the toaster oven. I was polite enough to wait because I had no where to be. As she comes back my card has a few issues using the chip. She was rushing me and was giving me an attitude with any questions I gave her. I didn't not appreciae this customer service and I will not be coming back.

About 1 hour ago I visited this store. I just needed peanut butter crackers. They were 10 cents more than the other, store on mishawaka ave in Mishawaka they only charge 79 cents or 2 for $1. also. This store charges 89 cents for one orange, or apple. But Mishawaka charges 2 for $1 Anyway this visit I found bubba gum on sale 2 for $1. I tried to buy 1 the lady behind the counter said 89 cents. Oh I thought they were on sale she rolled her eyes someone was behind me waiting, so I moved my stuff over and said I'll wait so you can ask her(the manager was close by doing inventory..) The man changed his mind and said I forgot something. So the clerk run around the counter and check the pricing on the gum yup 2 for $1 She came back said 89 cents. is that because I have to buy 2 for $1 Yes she said. So I went back and grabbed another one and came back got in line after the man picked up his 4 bottles of mountain view and tried to talk to her about needed it because of Notre Dame game this weekend, she didn't response I laid my 4 quarters on the counter with by my gum she said $1.08 I laid a dime down next to the quarters and had to picked them up because she just looked at them like I didn't have enough money or something finally she realized I should get change 3 cents . the worst ..slowest service ever.
