Mcdonald's

This McDonald's right here is by far one of the worst ones that I have been to in the south bend Area. The staff here is super rude, cusses you out, and the morning crew is the one that has the worst work ethic in any employees I've ever seen. This is the closest McDonald's to my job and they always make me late to work because they always have something come up. It's is unfathomable to me how they can't get it right. The drive thru lines are super slow. I pulled up to the line at 9:40am and don't get out til 10:05am. Wth guys? Why does it take 25 minutes for "fast food?" like I said, the worst McDonald's in the area.

This used to be a great location. A few days ago I went in to get a giftcard fir Father's day. When I was inside, possible the manager, asked what I needed. She then said I had to go through the drive through to order it..? When I went through the drive through the patron in front of me canceled her order when they said the ice cream machine was broken, go figure, and they didn't know how to make iced coffee...

Drive thru seems to always be moving, and employees are friendly. I don't ever expect to be sitting for very long here. Other than that there's nothing above an beyond though. Only had a few issues and it's always with the food. Everytime I get a French fry, the fries aren't fresh, are underfilled, or are mixed with new and old fries. This happens almost everytime except for this visit the fries were exemplary. The only other issue is also with product freshness whenever ordering a mcdouble or McChicken. The meat will sometimes be really dry or I get a sandwich that's been sitting for awhile because it's extra hot and kinda soggy. This is usually only in the afternoon & evenings though. Have never had a quality issue with any other products though.

My son received raw sandwich here never again will I go back. Also I received a letter of apology but no coupons or anything, I also notify the Health Department as well it was horrible, the fact my son was eating while I was taking him on his way to work when realize something was not tasting right, I guess part of the sandwich was cool while the other was style raw or under under cook. Piss me off, luckily he did not get sick as such!!
