Not sure what happened today. Usually they’re pretty good for certain circumstances. No complaints that they were out of ice. However, 10 minutes later I open my Big Mac and then bun is rock solid, FR. Open it up and the lettuce straight brown. Now way at all this burger was made today, no way. I actually fear for my life. I’d post a picture but not trying to ruine it for future guest looking for a quick meal.

To be honest I’m quite shocked that this McDonald’s had a 3.3 star review. That fact that anyone would ever leave more than a 1 is truly mind blowing. The amount of times that I have gotten orders completely wrong is unreal! Good

Drive service was fast & friendly
Parking lot was clean no trash
My breakfast food was hot & fresh sausage egg & cheese muffins
Best location of store off of postage ave & Cleveland road in South Bend Indiana northwest side.
Bathrooms are very clean too

I went thru the drive thru, ordered a large coke. I had just exited the parking lot when I discovered it was diet, which I am severely allergic to artificial sweetener. So I went back around to the driver thru (thought the lobby was closed) I was told by the order taker that I needed to come inside. So I parked and went inside. The manager looked at the drink in my hand, said nothing, grabbed a drink cup and practically threw it at me. As I was leaving I got the phone number off the door and called. I asked to speak to the manager and explained what had happened. She loudly said "I apologized!!" And hung up on me. Very unprofessional behavior from the manager, with the handling of the situation and not training crew to simply handle what started out as a simple mistake.

I was satisfied with my small order. I heard it was “Free Fries Friday” so I went and ordered something for at least a dollar and got some at the drive-through.

ODERED a qtr pounder meal and the patty was about room temperature. The cheese was cold and not melting. Not sure how they just made it, I think they are pre-making the patties. Very disappointed ☹️. Past reviews, the sign on the door says you are required to wear a face mask to enter but all the employees including the manager are not wearing face masks. Take the stupid sign down if you're not going to follow your own rules. Update February 17th go to this McDonald's the door is open I walk inside I'm in an oversized truck and they tell me I have to leave they will not let me order.

100 times better than the airport mcdonalds on lww, drive the extra mile the one on lww needs to be closed , very dirty and unprofessional management sucks, service is terrible food is sub par. Owners don't care about anything but the money, thankful for the portage road restaurant

I order my food through the app and go to the curbside or drive through for pickup, ordering from the app builds points that ends up being free food, plus they usually have a deal of the day free items to choose from, my wait is usually between 3-6 minutes upon arrival.
