There is usually 7 cars or more waiting to place and order. They take one order than complete it then take another order. Slowest service I have ever seen in my life. Very slow and disappointing. Was stuck in the drive-thru for over 20 mins with no way out. Finally made it to the screen to order and sat there for another 15+ mins and had to honk to get someone to take my order. This place is absolutely horrible, and obviously being run very poorly. We waited in the drive-through for an eternity for someone to rudely take our order, then proceeded to wait again for the food. We honestly should have just left, don't waste your time!!!!
Drive thru staff incredibly rude, inept at taking orders. One visit their mic or speaker was broken and cashier cussed me out for not being able to understand her garbled speech. Another visit the food was ice cold and fries were just hollow husks and overcooked until there was nothing left. Drink

Only because zero was not an option. 8pm only 2 employees in the store. Counter person working at a snails pace. Floor around drink area covered in standing water. Same with handicap stall in ladies room. Traveling through and hungry or would have walked out.
Soooooooo slow. I will give them credit. I received my full order and it was all correct! I had to wait 40 mins for 5 meals. :(
Mr James was a very nice guy He made my food fresh even late at night around 1130pm. Excellent service no complaints
