It’s a really hard time to judge a business due to massive staffing shortages nationwide. The dining room was not open so drive thru was the only option. There was a decent wait to get to order and then waiting for food. However based solely on food, it was pretty good. All factors given, still a 3/5 stars.

I guess it was take your kid to work day. I saw employee drinks out where all the customers could see them. And when I first had gone in I did see a little boy in the dining area. But as I was leaving I tripped over his shoe that was by the counter. An employee just said oh that is my son’s shoe. The restaurant seemed dirty but I realize it was the end of the dinner rush

Line can be a bit long on wait ... Order taker tends to take 2 cars at a time then once 2nd car pays takes the next order... They also run out of things fairly quickly during dinner hours ... Tonight was strawberry summer salad and the chicken pecan salad .. last time was Chili ... So always ask before ordering since they don't usually mention it till you order it... But high note is the orders are generally accurate and hot and fresh...

Ordered via mobile. Was told to come inside. I explained because I had 3 small children, who of course left their coats at home, I ordered for drive thru. Food came reasonably quick. Food wasn't fresh. Everything was way below what I expect from other Wendy's. 20 bucks is a lot for the cold fries and food.

You know why that Wendy's line is empty? It's because when you pull up to order they make you pull up to the window. And when you pull up to the window they tell you that anything other than a drink will be a 15 minute wait. Why is unclear, because there is clearly no one who has opted to wait 15 minutes for fast food. So what are they actually up to? I don't know. I'm already in line at Hardee's.

Never... again... instead of refunding or asking if you'd like something replaced, they will give you whatever you want. No real manager on duty. Called corporate and wrote to them, didn't get ANYTHING for two weeks! Guess I'll just have to dispute the charges. I'll NEVER go back to Wendy's.

I spent $50 on food for my family to get it and it’s all cold and old I bet they make sure there food is hot when they eat it I tried calling no answer I could have just gotten we could do better like always not even that

The worst food ever, fries were almost to the point of being burnt. Burger was soooo dried out, the chicken nuggets were the only thing edible. What a waste of money...never again going to that location!

The last three times I have gone through the drive thru I have had rude customer service. The employees mumble and I cannot hear half of what they say. No thank you, have a good day, nothing. Just shove my food out the window and shut the window. If you are going to be dealing with customers at least put a smile on your face and act like you enjoy your job...

Very unprofessional. I went there today and the guy on the intercom was very rude and talking to me like I was stupid, they didn't hand me my receipt, nor give me my drink. I got upcharged for a natural lemonade and didn't even get my drink. They seemed too rushed and were rushing me to pull away. Very sad, I won't be back. I at least want my money back but don't even have the receipt since the lady at the window didn't give it to me.

It is Friday night...doors were locked at 9:50 pm. Drive thru took 20 minutes. Ordered 2 Jr. Bacon 4 for 4 meals and a side salad. Salad was at the bottom of the bag with all the hot food on it. No straws, no napkins, no fork. Got home and there was ketchup on both Jr Bacon cheese burgers. Employees need proper training!! Including manager!!

Most time I get fast friendly service at Wendy’s I have visited this store 2 times in the past month and both times I received rude and slow service.

There was a new employee, the gal at the cash register was complaining about training the new employee, wanting to pass her off to another staff. When she was told the newbie was going to watch her, she was ride and talked down to the new employee, while patrons waited to give their order.

I don’t know how much of my hard earned money this location has received from me- without me receiving my food in return. They forget several things off my order EVERY time. That is unacceptable when dropping $29-35 a pop. Won’t be back .

Our second visit in a month, both sure day around 9 ish. First trip we asked why the sign and lights were out.The guy at the window told us because they didn't want anyone to come there because they had alot of work to get done before closing. We asked what time they close and he told us midnight! It was 9:30!!! Tonight, dark as usual, again 9 ish, doors locked even though they say open til midnight. No napkins,crackers or hot sauce for chilli, no spoons for chilli and frostiest! I don't need to try anymore! I'm surprised the franchise owner is not bothered by this.
