The biscuit was dryer than usual, but the staff was amazing! I'll be back!!
Very fast but only having the drive-thru open
Slow service, cold food, very unprofessional staff. Went through the drive through and it took 20 minutes to get my food with 1 car in front of me. When the lady opened the window she look at me and said " what you got, then closed the window and took another ten minutes to hand me cold food.
This is one if the best KFC's around South Bend. Our order was not correct, and they replaced it with no complaints. There's customer service is top notch. If possible, I would give then to extra starts.
Seems like they are always waiting on something to finish cooking. Really doesn't matter if there are 2 customers or 10. Friendly staff. Good food.
No napkins, no silverware, no skin on chicken was gummy no shin. Terrible for the $31.00

Honestly, they take an awful long time in getting the orders out! I understand it's Chicken, but still, for the wait, the food isn't all that!
