Slow service. Rude unpleasant staff. Sloppy meal preparation. Drink and fry containers not full. For some reason they seem to clean their frozen coffee machine in the morning, during breakfast. So a period during breakfast that you can not get a breakfast drink? Doesn't make sense.
Consistently out
I come here more often than I should, and its the only McDonald's location I'll stop at. The service I've received has always been professional, the food looks and tastes good, and I never have to wait to long in the drive-through. Honestly can't vouch for the inside of the store as I never go in.
Rarely do I eat at the Somerville TN location, only because when I get that far. I'm just a hop, skip & jump away from where my Ancestors are buried. Always enjoy eating inside, it's clean and they get our orders correct.. Employee Andrew deserves a raise, he is always there and working hard.
The boy making the food didn't wash his hands also wasn't wearing gloves or hat..just sad that the manager allowed this...the boy was very young..so I blame the lack of management skills...

Very slow, rude people, nasty store, unclean restrooms, and on top of that had to complain about my order 5 times before they got it right, don't recommend at all!!!!!!!
