I’ve given this location a lot of chances, but this Saturday was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a bowling alley in the Boston area.
We enter Lucky Strike and ALL of the machines to pay for game credits are broken, so we have to pay in cash. This isn’t the first time these games credit machines have been faulty, so they haven’t bothered fixing them in over a month. The arcade games are decent (although some are broken), but we notice people staring at us as we play.
After playing at the arcade, we try to reserve a spot for bowling. It’s 5:30 pm and I see some open lanes. They tell me that there won’t be any available lanes until 8pm. Ridiculous, I’m not waiting three hours, especially when some lanes are open!
Meanwhile, my boyfriend is waiting ten minutes at the bar to get fountain drinks, despite there being three waitresses talking to each other. We ordered a lemonade and an orange soda. I kid you not, the guy comes back with orange juice with a shot of sparkling water. How does he not know what an orange soda is when it’s listed on their menu???
We hunt down a waitress to complain about this terrible “orange soda.” She finally tells us that they’re out of orange soda because, turns out, someone bought out the place for a private party. That’s why people were staring at us, because they reserved the place for their birthday party! There were absolutely no signs, no one told us it was closed, no communication whatsoever until I complained about an “orange soda.” They just told us that the lanes were closed until 8pm. They should’ve had a sign posted at the entrance so people wouldn’t waste their time, because we weren’t the only people confused.
Even before this experience, the food is nasty to mediocre, and the service is always slow no matter how busy it is. They don’t even serve you at your lane like the lucky strike in Fenway. Some games/machines are always broken and they don’t bother fixing them.
After this last experience, I’m never coming to this location again.

It was our first time there and it was a lot if fun. Super clean environment, the music was great, and we lived the nachos.

Came in for an event with MGH today and was served by Ami downstairs. We all had a great time, the service was amazing, and the venue itself was a treat. The space was so well organized and clean. The food was delicious. Would definitely come again, and hope to be served by this amazing bartender on our next visit!

Horrible service at the restaurant. Was only about 1/3 full, only one waiter/waitress was on duty, AND it still took 20 minutes just for us to place our order and be greeted by our waitress... Even after that, we still didn’t even get served water until I asked for it. After I ordered a beer, my beer didn’t come until our food came, which was another 30 minutes later. I was surprised and disappointed at how poor the service was! Oh well, on the bright side, the food was good.

The arcade part was fine, however the food was typical bar food. Very small menu, and the service was horrible. The food was cooked quick but we waited a long time for drinks to be served, the drinks were in paper cups because the waitress said the glass cups weren't clean, once we got our food we still didn't have silverware. Also, in the middle of our meal we asked for another soda and 15 minutes we still didn't have it but she brought the bill over, put it on the table and said let me grab that soda. And surprise surprise 20 minutes we still didn't have the soda and the waitress was no where to be found to pay the bill. We asked the bar tender if we could just pay it with him and he said no, you have to give it to the waitress. So another 10 minutes later still no one around to pay....so we went played more games at the arcade then went back and paid the bill for our food to a different waitress and she didn't even realize the ticket was from an hour ago.
Horrible experience.

Fantastic place to play arcade and fair games, shuffleboard, air hockey (though the table I played on had some air issues), and of course, bowling. Everything is done via cards, no tokens to keep track of. Great bar. At least on Saturday nights, it might not be the best place for people who get sensory overload, as it was very loud with lots of flashing lights.

Started coming here because of a cornhole league. Have also bowled here before. Staff are nice and helpful. Gaming staff are there to help and super chill. Live Albi the bartender...they also have at least 5-6 pinball machines here. good vibes usually for a main stream place.

Horrible service. Went there to grab a bite to eat and stood near dining area for 10 mins before realizing it was a seat your self setup. No signs that I saw to tell you this and the 2 employees that walked by us said nothing until I asked.
After sitting down it took 10 mins for someone to come over to our table. She asked if we wanted anything to drink. We haven't even seen a menu yet. She said she would be right back with menus and never returned
We waited another 10 mins and decided to leave.
On way out we saw the person who was supposedly getting our menus walking by with a tray of food. Maybe next time run the menus to the table before hand. Would have only taken a few seconds.
