I wish there were 6 stars so I could rate Anna's even higher. I am a long time patron and loyal supporter. I recently got my first incorrect order and was given someone elses burrito by mistake after hundreds of burritos over the years, and even though it was filled with extra sour cream which I hate, I still ate it out of respect. Many other burrito places have popped up over the years but I don't even try them, and I viciously insult anyone who does. I will make fun of your speech impediment, I will bring up your mom's arthritis hands, nothing is off limits, don't you dare cross Anna's. Carnitas is my favorite but it's all good. Get some veggies and lettuce to keep you regular. 6 stars.

This is the most bland burrito I have ever had. The prices were different too. If one spot on the website says 6.50$ its not its 10$. 1.50$ extra for sour cream and it is the smallest amount. Pico de gallo has no flavor. Like someone else said the flavor is "watered down".

This place is so popular, I was really let down by the bland, dry food (steak tacos and burritos) lacking flavor today. The only thing that was good was the side guacamole. Severely disappointed.

We order "Al pastor burritos" and they were filled with meat cooked in boiled water with pineapple, they aren't bad, but not the original with the meat cooked in the trompo or at least in the grill

Brown fn guacamole and not the first time either. What was I offered in return? More prepacked brown guacamole or hot sauce. How about you wither give me the stuff off the line fresh or you give me my money back. Don't just say sorry and pretend like there is a language barrier. Bad guacamole is no bueno in any language

The burrito is pretty good and better than average. Although it still lacks some flavor and spice. A bit bland for my taste. The chicken was too dry and hard too chew. Overall an ok place but not good as felipe in Harvard!

The service is great, the music on point, the food not so much. I was expecting authentic flavors not americanize water down flavors. The guacamole no flavor or spice whatsoever, the tacos not tasty. I wanted to like this place but it didn’t happened.

I ordered 1 quesadilla and 1 burrito. Ended up with two things that look burritos. Apparently in Boston, “they wrap their quesadilla like a burrito”...which if you know anything about quesadillas or burritos doing this would make it a burrito....not a quesadilla. Also there were two pieces of pineapple.
